The property is great- the actual apartment needs upgrades in the bathrooms badly. With a refresh this place would be a 10/10.

Excellent location and view however, this unit needs a lot of TLC, including a deep cleaning. The master bathroom has very little lighting comparable to a nightlight, maybe so you couldn’t see the mold in the shower area. The screen door on the slider did not glide so it was difficult to get out to the pool, we had to take the screen door off in order to be able to access the pool area. Rusty chair and plastic Adirondack chair on the balcony. Light on the ceiling of the balcony did not work. Probably just needed a bulb. The bed was comfortable and the recliner was also nice. The rest of the furniture should be replaced. Would definitely stay in another unit if we return there. The location is great pool and pool area very clean. Nice furniture on the deck around the pool.

Location was great. Off our porch was the pool and then a street and then the beach. Walking distance to retail and restaurants. Had some A/C issues but the host took care of them quickly. The condo could use some upgrading. It was nice to have the gated parking lot behind the building.

Great Location

After careful consideration, I have decided to share my honest review of this condo, despite not being one to typically leave reviews. The most important thing about this condo is its location. This cannot be overstated. Everything is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself is not much to look at. It needs a lot of attention and love to bring it up to modern standards. But with that said this condo delivers on one of the most important things that I do consider. It's the most bang for the buck! If the owner decides to update the condo the price will go up considerably. My wife and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. We're looking to stay here again in the near future

Perfect location

Location was great, unit was worn though. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable, the outdoor chairs that came with the unit, rusty and old, rotten chair pads. The pool area however had great furniture so we used that. I’d go back but would try a different unit.

Excellent location but over priced and under maintained

Excellent location. Walking distance to several restaurants/bars. Beach chair rental included. Which is an awesome plus. Condo, just meh. Walk-in main door to the bedroom. With a storm door on the inside. Yes, I said inside! Then a dresser. Making it tough to hold open two doors are wrestle Your suitcases inside. Master bath was ok. Shower was huge. But no bench or foot rest to shave legs. Shower head, half the holes were clogged. I scrubbed it and that helped some. Weird kitchen cabinets in the bathroom with mirrored doors above the sinks. So low and tall that they blocked all the light. And you couldn’t bend down to drink out of faucet. Kitchen. Horrible! Little bugs all over the counter. Desperately in need of a good quality update. No supplies left behind from previous guests. No dish soap. Dish washer light blinked all the time. And not set properly. Thought I was going to pull it out of place. Holes in the wall where they’ve done plumbing work. Covered up with pictures. Mind you, two feet off of the floor. We were wondering why pictures were hung so low so we took them down to see. Living room. Broken lamp. Cushions fall off the couch. All the furniture in the condo in need of replacing and updating. Weird barn door separating kitchen and living room. That was hung with dry wall screws and 2x4’s. Over priced and under maintained. But. Great location!

Last minute booking in a Prime Location! Deerfield is a Wonderful Beachfront little Town! Vance was very good to help us with anything. He also owns the Penthouse in the Same Complex, may book it next time, with Family. Definitely would recommend this Hidden Gem Deerfield!

Cheapest In The Building For A Reason

This was our third time staying at Ocean Club at Deerfield Beach. The first two times we stayed in the same unit on the 3rd floor. This unit was the only one available when we booked. The first floor location appealed to us, as we have young children, and having easy access to the pool was nice. Outside of that, the unit could definitely use a deep clean. We were also surprised to find that the unit didn’t have supplied hand soap, considering the current environment we’re in. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head at night, this is a great option.
