Time stands still in this beautifully decorated oceanfront condominium ideally located on spectacular Deerfield Beach! Light and airy with fun modern coastal decor that adds to your beachfront experience! Oversized, protruding, open-air balcony provides panoramic views of sandy beaches, breathtaking sunrises and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean.

One bedroom, Two full bath unit can accommodate the romantic couple or the vacationing family. Bedroom features a King sized bed as well as a high quality twin xtra long sleeper chair! Two large Flat Screen Smart Televisions. Allowing you access to NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME and all your favorites! All bedroom and bath linens are provided for your convenience. Kitchen is fully furnished with an open view of the ocean. Oversized sliding glass doors in living area provide breath-taking views of the ocean from every angle. Additional amenities provided by owner: Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels, ironing board, iron and blow dryer.

Two (2) 55" inch Samsung Smart TV's - one in family room, one in bedroom, NETFLIX, Disney, Prime, etc.

Exterior amenities: Tropically landscaped ocean side courtyard with grill and a heated oceanfront swimming pool, gated property, gated parking, elevator, full sized coin laundry on the same floor.

Walk to everything on this great beach! A variety of restaurants are a leisurely walk from your back door, including The Whales Rib, featured on The Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Rent a surfboard, kayak, scooter, paddleboard, Scootcoupe (buggy) and much more at Island Water Sports (islandwatersports). Deerfield Fishing Pier has boat free fishing available and even rental fishing poles!

Like the beach? See photo of umbrella and chaise beach lounges, they can be included and set up on the beach for you daily with our membership. Just let us know in advance and we can arrange it for you! Everyday if you like.

To preserve the experience for all of our guests - there is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY and NO PETS PERMITTED under any circumstances.

Staying at the best location on the beach

Property is clean and well maintained. The owners of the property were very kind and we really enjoyed staying at there condo. We would stay here again for next winter if possible. This condo has the best sunrises in the morning. Nice pool and best of all once your arrive at Deerfield Beach you can walk to all the restaurant’s that you want to. The beach is 250 Feet away. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Ocean Club Condo.

Fabulous

We are so pleased to have found this unit to rent for the season. It is everything we hoped to find during an extended stay - a special setting offering both peace and action. What more could you ask fo?

Can’t think of one thing to complain about. Everything you need for a worry free stay. Awesome location close to everything and still a private feel at the condo. Balcony was the best feature we thoroughly enjoyed every day. Top of our list for return trip.

Fabulous condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocean House. We were already quite familiar with the area so knew about its fabulous location close to the pier and restaurants. This unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of storage spaces for your clothing and belongings both in the bedroom and living room which is great if you have an additional guest on the sleeper sofa. Having two bathrooms was ideal, as we brought along our adult son. The master bath also had two sinks, in separate areas which was another plus. We did not do any cooking, but everything was available if you chose to make anything. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella, although we preferred to rent the large lounge chairs at the beach. The owners were quite friendly and very receptive to any of our questions. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Heaven on Earth

The location is absolutely amazing! The beach is across the street with restaurants & shops, all in walking distance. The sunrise is outside the balcony!!! My husband & I would wake up each morning & walk 3 miles on the beautiful beach boardwalk! (Wish I had this at home in NY!) The condo is decorated in the most colorful way: Yellow, Turquoise, Orange! I felt like I was in Jimmy Buffets house! So joyful & happy is my way of expressing my feeling staying there! The condo was clean, beautiful & had every amenity! I can’t wait to go back next year! It was truly a blessed time in this Gem! Oh, and I forgot to mention that it has a King size bed!!! Other units for rent only have 2 doubles or maybe 2 Queens. Very rare to find a King bed unit in this building!

Sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee looking at the ocean, blessing!!

Bill and his wife are incredible hostess, you were there during hurricane Nicole and they were constantly either calling or texting us about updates. We only had one problem and we let them know about it to get taken care of. The location was perfect walked everything, walk the beach and came back and laid in the pool. Was very nice having two bathrooms! Very quiet. Would even think about moving here!! We hope someday to see them again!!❤️

Perfect Family Vacay

Location was amazing, felt like home, not a overwhelming touristy spot. Beach was beautiful and 100 strides away. Unit was clean and well maintained. Beach chair and umbrellas were a must and provided in the unit! Everything you need in walking distance. We will see you again!

Great location

Very nice and complete condo. In front of a beautifull beach and boardwalk. 10 min. to the fishing peer. Beach chairs were very practicle. Rental on the beach is 60$/day. Overall was very clean, except sand in the bedroom when we arrived. The shower curtain, in the the bedroom shower, kept falling off. Would be a nice improvement to install a fixe pole. Would rent again, Thanks Bill

A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY!

What a comfortable condo…. A home away from home! Bill and Jeanne thought of every amenity to make life so simple from the moment we opened the door. We felt so welcomed and at ease. We can see why they consider it a piece of heaven for sure! The morning sunrises are spectacular while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony and the ocean views beautiful while sipping a cocktail in the evening. The people in the complex are all so very friendly and it is well maintained by Billy and his wife! It is a perfect location to just enjoy the beach by day and walk to dinner at night to so many wonderful restaurants. Don’t miss out on this beautiful spot!!! Thanks Bill and Jeanne!
