Totally restored after hurricane last fall. Heated pool completely redone. A privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is fully equipped, i.e. sheets, towels, complete kitchen, TV, phone, central heat/air, beach chairs, etc. Front doors face the east and the intercoastal waterway, the back sliding doors on to a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico.

From your balcony you view our beautifully landscaped property and the Gulf of Mexico. The pool is surrounded with plenty of Lounge chairs, two tables with umbrellas and gas fired B-B-Q grills. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise on our dock situated on the intercostal waterway. Enjoy a beautiful sunset on a wide sandy beach or your balcony/porch.

Don't want to drive around after you have checked in? Hop on the 'Trolley.' The city maintained trolley will take you up and down Gulf Blvd. Weekly and daily passes are available for a modest fee.

Now you can enjoy all the comforts of home while on vacation. This unit is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment and viewing pleasure. This condominium is furnished exquisitely, and was completely renovated. Feel free to view our photo gallery here. Unit also includes deluxe cable service and high speed internet access at no additional charge.
Enjoy 300 feet of sugar white sandy beach and mild tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax by our large swimming pool or view spectacular sunsets from your condominium to the west.

Enjoy colorful boats cruising the intercoastal waterway from your window to the east. Stroll the beautifully landscaped backyard with majestic palm trees, plants and flowers.

The condo is walking distance to several cafes, bars, restaurants and stores. We are 30 minutes to the Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes to the Clearwater/St. Pete airport.

This rental was perfect for our family. Having the ocean right outside was amazing. Kids enjoyed the pool on the days it was too cold in the ocean. Beds were comfortable, which made for a very enjoyable stay. The area is not as busy as others so it was nice to enjoy the quiet on the beach. Seashell searching was our favorite activity. It was also in the perfect spot if we wanted to either go north or south to explore. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with your family.

This condo is perfect if you want beach views, easy access to everything, and a great time. The condo has everything you need, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, pool toys and towels. The host is very responsive and very fast to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean, but needs updated. The shower needs to be cleaned better, there was mold/mildew on it. If you are going to provide hand soap, please have soap in it and not just add water to it.

We loved the location! Beach was not overcrowded. Pool was clean. We did not have enough washcloths and the office said they were out. Had trouble with cars parking in our parking spot. Sliding doors need replaced, they did not lock and the frame and handle continuously fell off when opening and closing. Shades at sliding doors need replaced, old and dirty, one shade had tape holding it together. Family room furniture needs replaced due to age and staining. Overall, we loved the location, but this condo unit needs some TLC.

Vacation for my Parents

I booked this place for my parents for a week. I joined them for the last three nights, and the place is great. Andrea was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to booking. It is in a perfect location.

Highly recommend

Great place. Really enjoyed our two-week stay. The kitchen is so well stocked, there weren’t many cabinets open to put our food. Very well stocked with paper products in bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds are comfortable and very quiet. Highly recommend.

Really…just steps till your feet hit the sand

This is the first “just steps to the beach” that actually is. Very private feeling, just you and whoever is on the beach. Unit is a townhouse on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. You do not see your neighbors from your balcony, only the beach. We felt at home and enjoyed the area. There is a trolley that runs up and down the beaches every 15 minutes if you wasn’t to explore. The unit was exactly like the listing shows. Andrea, the host, was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Looking forward to returning next year.

Beach paradise

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The unit was very clean and supplied everything we needed for our week. Relaxing on the balcony watching beautiful sunsets was the perfect end to every day. The fishing was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better. Thank you for a terrific week!! We will be back. 😀

We would be happy to return

I love the area. It's not overcrowded or rowdy. The pool was so nice for the kids and toys were provided. The condo was stocked with a small supply of soaps, TP, paper towels. It was very nice not to go have to purchase those. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer there was excellent and was a must-have for me. The owner provided an extensive email with directions about the condo, wifi, where chairs, blow mattresses etc were. The explanation was thorough and contact information was provided for her directly in case we needed anything. Lovely place and very clean.

Fiddler on the Beach

While the property has a stunning location, beautiful and convenient, the unit is a bit outdated. I was under the impression that one of the bedrooms was main floor. I was very relieved I didn't bring my aged Mother with us. (It almost happened.) While accommodations were fine for us, some basics were lacking. I would say overall, Good, not Great. Adequate, not over-the-top. No covered dishes for food storage, poor lamp lighting, Just a suggestion, rugs at entrance, update flooring, furnishings, 1990's at best. Property was clean but, underwhelming. Upstairs, i can't imagine mid-summer being cool. Honestly, I'm not overly hard to please. Simple things go a long way...

Excellent time visiting family. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony of the unit. Comfortable and clean. Andrea the host was very responsive. Answered my texts almost instantly. She has the condo stocked with great beach gear. All in all a great week!!

Beautiful gulf view

It was mostly as described though smaller than i had thought. The mirrored wall makes the family room look larger than it is. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinets that we washed prior to use. Possibly due to a previous tenant putting them away like that or perhaps dusty from non use. We had Spectrum issues and the owner was responsive to getting the problem addressed quickly. The view from the balcony is wonderful! All in all, we had a very nice and restful vacation, which was just what we needed. We would stay here again.

Indian Rocks Paradise

The rental is exactly as described and the location couldn't be better for walking to any of the nearby stores or restaurants. With this condo being located on the barrier islands you have the water and boat dock for fishing in the back in addition to the gulf side. The sunsets and sunrises are emaculate. The condo has a beautiful view and most importantly is conveniently not by the pool. You dont need to bring anything except some clothes because everything is pretty much stocked as far as beach items, cooler , beach umbrellas etc. and of course anything you need to cook. Oven and applainces were nice. No complaints at all and the owner was very responsive and understanding of the hurricane that could have potentially threatened our stay. It all worked out in the end and it was a wonderful stay. Remember to leave it as you found it and sit back and enjoy a week in absolute peaceful serenity.
