The main level is open concept living with living, dining and kitchen all together. The living room features a large, comfy sofa to enjoy a movie or some music by the fire. The fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare all your group's meals. There is a drip and k-cup coffee maker to make your favorite cup of joe each morning!

With 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, choose your perfect sleeping sanctuary. The main living level boasts 3 king bedrooms with private baths and an additional king bedroom with a shared common bath. Upstairs, a breezy open-air loft with a futon and workspace awaits. The Grand Suite, featuring large ensuite bath, a King bed, 2 full-sized cubby beds, and a nursery with a crib and twin bed, graces the upper floor. On the lower level, two twin-over-twin bunk beds and another full bath complete the sleeping options.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $250 per day, but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat must be reserved for the entire stay or for a minimum of two days.
- This home also comes with 2 kayaks and 2 oars.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
