Lower floor has 1 bedroom, one bonus room with its own kitchen, TV's and separate patio with immediate access to beach and kayak racks.

Outdoor North side has two slate patios, one with 4 Adirondack chairs, upper level dining for 8 with a Weber gas grill. Landscaped bocce ball court and a private patio area for cornhole and other games make outdoor living easy. Private seating at the north point with amazing waterfront viewing. Great for quiet moments. The main living level, second floor bedrooms, and ground level in-law unit are cooled by ducted a/c. The game room has a wall a/c unit.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
