It has spacious full 4 bedrooms. Each has a private full bathroom with rain shower and hot water.

- The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king-size bed and full bathroom.
- Bedroom #2 is located on the first floor and has 2 queen size beds.

To get to the upstairs bedrooms, you'll need to use the outdoor stairs:

- Bedroom No.3 is located on the second floor and has a king size bed.
- Bedroom #4 is located on the second floor, has 2 queen size beds

Our amazing family room connects the kitchen to the dining room and living room through a huge open interior space, uniting people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, kitchen, fridge, blender, coffee maker, microwave

Only 5 minutes away you will be in the city center of Tulum and only 10 minutes by car you will be in one of its sunny beaches.

Although there are many restaurants within walking distance, it is also easy to venture on foot through the neighborhood of La Veleta.

Of course, no visit to the Riviera Maya is complete without a day in the stunning ruins of Tulum or the quaint beach.
Other things to note
Pool maintenance and cleaning are scheduled twice a week and are complementary. It is mandatory for an optimal function.
