Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM in accordance with local noise ordinances.
Parking: Use designated parking only. Violators may be towed at their own expense.
Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety. No cameras are located in interior or private areas.
Damage or Theft: Guests will be held financially responsible for any property damage or missing items caused during their stay.
Legal Disclosures (California Law)
This property complies with California Civil Code Section 1940 et seq. relating to short-term rentals.
Guests must comply with all local ordinances, including trash disposal, parking, occupancy limits, and noise regulations.
The Host is not responsible for service interruptions due to acts of nature (e.g., wildfires, earthquakes, power outages).
