This newly renovated and freshly decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath home feels like your favorite sweater. Completely renovated and redecorated, the home features everything you would want in a home away from home! New Beautyrest beds, flat screen TV's in Living Room and each bedroom. Outdoor space calls to you, with its beautiful firepit and sectional sofa curved around it, all in a private fenced courtyard under the gracious towering Oak namesake. This is our 3rd vacation rental and we travel a lot ourselves; we really understand what our fellow travelers want in a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare a meal from scratch, heat up leftovers, or bring in from any one of the many local restaurant choices. You'll love sipping a glass of wine in the evening, basking in the warmth of the gas firepit, as the gently gurgling of the waterfall soothes away your tensions and you get into SlowNoma-Speed!

Host was excellent! Outdoor patio was wonderful for relaxing. Location was perfect. We would have loved a few extra pillows for the beds. Beds were a little soft for someone with back issues. Other than that we had a great stay.

Great little place to stay when visiting Sonoma area. In a great, convenient location just a quick five minute drive to the square. The easiest check in/check out ever. The space is just like the pictures and description. It has everything you need and is decorated so cute. The bonus is the huge outdoor space. A great place to relax under the large oak tree listening to the fountain while spending time with family and friends. We 100% recommend.

We did a girls' spa/wine tasting weekend, and this house was perfect for that! It is so comfortable and inviting, from the way it is decorated inside, to the zen spaces outside, to the incredibly comfortable beds. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again for sure. The location was very close to several restaurants and was easy to drive to or Uber.

Cute house and as described in the listing. Outside seating was wonderful for evening enjoyment of the weather. Beds comfortable and water pressure was decent.Reduced from 5 star because homeowners were non responsive to an issue that was concerning. I did know they were traveling, but a message about the problem went unanswered for our entire stay (3 nights).

This is the rare VRBO where the pictures don't do it justice! Nicely furnished, kitchen is fully equipped for actual cooking (i.e., gas range, kitchen tools, etc.), the front patio is awesome! Communication with the hosts was prompt and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in Mike and Teresa’s home. It was clean, nicely furnished and had a great front yard. We were conveniently located near wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, and the Sonoma Plaza.

Lovely surprise

I have to be honest, I was a little bit skeptical going into this stay, only because I used to live in the surrounding area 20 years ago, and remember Boyes Hot Springs neighborhood not being the greatest. Given the number of years that have passed, and trusting that progress happens, I decided to take my chances. I'm very glad that I did, as the property was lovely, peaceful, well cared for and impeccably clean. It truly is a gem. I am already planning a future visit. Well done to the owners. It literally could not have been any nicer. Also, if there's anyone like me who has an outdated image of that area, forget all about it, it's incredibly charming now, and at the end of the street there is an amazing Mexican Restaurant that even got a nod from Michelin!! Book this property if you can!!

Fantastic location in Sonoma. This property was incredibly clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable. The outside space was great to hang out and chat with family and eat in the beautiful weather.

Central and quiet

Central and quiet location.Accommodation is clean with a nice garden and well furnished.Neighborhood can get a little noisy - dogs barking and neighbors across the street had a lively garden party with karaoke and kept us up until well after midnight.

Even better than expected!

For once, the rental was better than the photos! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful outdoor space, and amazing foosball table in the downstairs game room. We look forward to staying again.

Very clean rental

Everything seemed well cleaned. The beds were comfortable for us, with a couple in one and a teenager in the other. Bring your own olive oil or butter if you use either. Kitchen has everything else to make basic meals. Nest thermostat to keep temperature how you like it.

A quick stay in Sonoma

After two weeks in Hawaii, we decided to stay a couple of extra days in the gorgeous Wine Country of California before heading back East. This house is SO close to a couple of our favorite wineries - it was a perfect find!! We arrived in the dark and it was pretty difficult to see the number of the house, but we just tried the code to the door lock and it opened! We knew we were in the right place. The house is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for cooking. The half bath in the space downstairs was an added bonus - not to mention the fun games! There is a washer and dryer available for use, too! The front yard is set up as an outdoor living space and is quite beautiful. Eateries and food shopping are very close by! I can't say enough about this house! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very thankful for the A/C! Basement game room could have had a sweep and spider webs knocked down. Upstairs space was perfect for our needs.

We understand what travelers want in a vacation rental, and we strive to exceed your expectations. Since we own a local furniture store, all of the furnishings are new and very nicely appointed.

We purchased this property because we have 2 other Lazy Oak properties which we vacation rental, and we thought this home really would get our guests 'into the trees'. Seeing the potential of this 1920's home made us not let it get away, and the renovation corrected its quirks.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Sitting in the shade of the big Oak tree will enable our guests to breath deep and slow down and enjoy life a little more. The patio under the tree is very private, and the sound of the waterfall fountain will bring a smile to your face. The home is beautifully appointed, and there are great restaurants and coffee houses a short walk away. Of course, world-class wine tasting is all around us here in the wine country! Plus, we are a 7 minute drive to Sonoma Plaza.
