Casa Flores is tucked away on a quiet street just a block off the main street. It is a recently-constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that is modern, clean and comfortable. Beautiful backyard heated swimming pool; backs onto open space, overlooking a peaceful jungle field with horses and many species of birds (binoculars provided for bird-watching enthusiasts). Medium-sized combination safe with room for laptops, cameras and personal items accessed by your personal code or a credit card; comfortable lounge chairs on back patio by the pool; outdoor gas grill, and table and chairs out on the patio for outdoor dining. Air conditioning throughout the house and filtered drinking water from a tap at the kitchen sink. We also have upgraded internet, with speeds of up to 100Mbs and Guest Netflix account for the television.

It is just a 5-minute walk from Casa Flores to the beach, past local restaurants and shops. It is just close enough to town and the beach for a flat, easy walk, but just far enough away that you don't get the roosters, dog-barking and late-night music to keep you awake at night. San Pancho is a delightful village. It is peaceful and safe, but big enough that there are plenty of great restaurants and shops. It's easy to get here from the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 45-minute drive through a beautiful tropical jungle corridor, to our little beach town. Beyond all the high-rise, all-inclusive resorts, you will find all the best of Mexico. The beach here is never crowded except for holidays, and the three little beach bars offer a perfect vantage point for enjoying the stunning sunsets you can see daily. San Pancho is a great community of friendly people who value the opportunity to meet new people, and they will welcome you with open arms. San Pancho is a place that will stay in your heart forever.

There is a small apartment upstairs that is occupied only by the owners - they may or may not be there when you rent. You can be assured that they are quiet, respectful, and stay out of the way - unless, of course, you need help or advice, in which case they are happy to do so.

Perfect place to enjoy the magic that is San Pancho!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Flores!! Close enough to downtown yet far enough away the hustle and bustle isn't distracting. The back patio looking over the field was a great private area to read and relax after enjoying nights out of live music and amazing food. We will seriously be considering staying at Casa Flores again for our next trip to San Pancho. Drew and Sheri are kind and welcoming hosts.

Wonderful house close enough to town yet far enough for quiet and peace.

Great communication. Wonderful setting. Wake up to birds in the morning and enjoy the patio and soaking pool. Short ten minute walk to town and all it has to offer. Highly reccomend.

Perfect San Pancho Villa with Pool

Casa Flores is in a quiet location but just an easy 10 minute walk to the beach, town, restaurants and shops. The plunge pool got sun each afternoon so great after a morning in town or at the beach. Both fascinating and relaxing to look out on the wide field behind the pool. Besides birds and butterflies, we had an iguana come on the wall one afternoon. Only thing we'd add might be a couple of plastic sun beds out back for sunning, reading, and napping. Otherwise the villa has everything for a San Pancho stay.

Peaceful paradise

Casa is a gorgeous home. It is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and excellent A/C units throughout. The outdoor space is even better then pictured. The pool looking out over the picturesque open field had so many butterflies fluttering around. I also appreciated the sunshade over the pool to be able to enjoy it without being fried. The bed in the master is the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in a rental unit or hotel, it’s amazzzziinnnggg! This house is a perfect location to explore the charming town. It’s clean and perfect and you won’t regret it! I look forward to a future visit

Unfortunately the house had not been open for a few months before we arrived , so there was an unexpected smell of mustiness and mold. One of our friends had a reaction due to respiratory issues, and then we were notified by owner that a hurricane was headed our way . Power might go out , so the prospect of staying in with windows and doors closed , and no a/c was untenable, so we left the next day.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was ready for us and any questions we had were quickly answered. We made ourselves at home and enjoyed our stay so much! Great back yard area with nice pool. San Pancho has such nice people and a beautiful beach. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Peaceful Casa Flores in beautiful San Pancho

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Flores. The house does not disappoint and is true to its description. The location is close to the beach (a ten-minute leisurely walk), yet far enough away from the main road to be very quiet. The interior of the house is comfortable and beautifully decorated -- a tasteful reflection of the surrounding culture. The field that backs onto the property is a stunning and peaceful backdrop. You can sit out on the back patio and see nothing but birds, trees, and horses. The mild temperatures of January didn't prompt us to want to jump in the pool, but it was kept clean and well-maintained in case we did. Drew and Sheri are friendly yet quiet hosts who left us to our own devices (we are frequent visitors to San Pancho), but were quick to respond to any questions we had. They were also graciously accommodating of our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable home and great location

This is my second stay at Casa Flores, have tried to book there on several occasions and house is usually occupied. Fortunately I was able to reserve in May and was very pleased with my stay there. House is very clean and well equipped with every need, pool is a plus to take a dip during those hot days, my grandson really enjoyed swimming in the pool as well. Since my last stay, there have been some new upgrades, another bathroom in particular,... very nice! Beds are very comfortable, a lot of other amenities such as books, TV with Netflix, kitchen supplies etc. would definitely recommend this lovely home. Will look forward to rebooking for future vacations in San Pancho. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home through VRBO.

Great stay in a lovely Mexican town!

We loved Casa Flores. It was perfect for our family and a great place to come home to after a day at the beach or a delicious dinner out. The beds and the livingroom furniture are all very comfortable. It is a home away from home. Our granddaughter loved the pool on the patio. She found it was nice and refreshing on hot afternoons. The owners Drew and Sheri took good care of us and immediately resolved any questions or issues that we had. I can definitely recommend Casa Flores and look forward to another great vacation there in the future.

Perfect stay in San Pancho!

Casa Flores is the perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the best of San Pancho. We love the home which comes with everything you could ask for. The owners are wonderful and can help you make the most of the San Pancho experience. Perfectly situated, Casa Flores is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. San Pancho is lovely, we loved the house, and the owners are great. The main downside to the spot is the construction on the street, including directly opposite the house. Work begins early in the morning and goes until sundown.

Lovely House in a Great Town

My wife & I just returned from a great week staying at Casa Flores, our first visit to San Pancho but definitely not our last. Casa Flores is spacious, well designed and well built. Everything worked fine and San Pancho Management quickly took care of two minor items. During our stay there were two new houses being built directly across the street and two others on the street were undergoing renovation. Although the workers started at 7am the noise was not a problem. The kitchen is very well equipped although we did very little cooking. The local restaurants are very good and very reasonably priced. We typically ate for less than 100 pesos each for a full breakfast and 300 pesos for an excellent dinner + drinks. We can recommend Maria's for breakfast and Maria's, Mr. Ribs and La Ola Rica for dinner, plus Cafe Paraiso for coffee & pastries. Casa Flores' location suited us, being an easy five minute stroll to restaurants and about ten minutes to the beach. The house suited us very well with just one exception – we like the sun and in December the back yard gets very little sun, except over the pool. You can rent loungers and umbrellas at the beach, although there are both available at Casa Flores. We never felt inclined to carry all that gear plus towels etc. to the beach. We are used to the beach in Nuevo Vallarta and we like being able to stroll along in ankle-deep water, but during our stay at San Pancho the surf, plus the steep beach, made this impossible. This is probably our only disappointment with San Pancho. The local people are very friendly and we never felt unsafe walking back to the house at night. It's a good idea to take a flashlight though, as the sidewalks are typically “erratic”. Casa Flores is on an unpaved street and needs some careful negotiating at night or after rainfall.

The whole stay was excellent from start to finish. The Casa is beautiful, the property managers helpful and communicative and you could not want for anything. Exactly where you want to be when staying in San Pancho!

Beautiful home near beach & restaurants

My wife and I stayed a week as guests of Drew and Sheri in their beautiful, modern home, backing on green space, quiet street just off the main street. The restaurant culture in this little town has to be experienced to be believed. Locals gather for drinks at the beach at sunset to plan the evening, with a different musical event every night, and a dozen great restaurants to choose from. Casa Flores has a beautiful patio and swimming pool that catches the morning sun, and their beautiful home is perfect for one or two couples seeking a romantic retreat.

A fantastic place to stay!

What a wonderful house in a wonderful town! As our three visits over the last three years attest, we love this rental and we love San Pancho. The house is perfectly set up, with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a utility room (washer/dryer), and living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and the master bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. It is clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with local art and some pieces by the owners. You will spend a lot of time outside on the rear patio which backs onto a huge green space surrounded by lush jungle trees. Binoculars are provided, so watch the many iquanas who hang out (literally) in the tree across the field. You'll also enjoy cooling off and relaxing in the small pool, lounging on the deck chairs, and eating at the patio table. Upstairs, off the bedroom, is another small patio for soaking up the rays. Two mountain bikes are provided for exploring the area around San Pancho (ride the jungle roads out to the new polo field!) as are beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen is well-supplied, and the wifi works well. The house is located on a side road in a very safe and friendly area. We never had one moment of worry about security. From the house it takes you just minutes to walk to the many, many great restaurants and shops in the town itself. It's a ten minute easy stroll down to the beautiful beach. The sandy beach is huge and great for sunbathing, but the waves might prove a bit much for weak swimmers and small children. The town has a friendly, laid-back vibe but is also bustling with the sounds and activities of the local community. Entre-Amigos is the fabulous community center, which provides many classes and workshops and serves as a gathering place for locals and gringos. You must head down to the beach at sunset for margaritas and music at one of the three bars on the sand! The owners, Drew and Sheri, are great people to deal with, as is Eduardo the local manager. Enjoy!

San Pancho is the perfect place for us. It is small and tranquil but still has lots to offer. It is easy and inexpensive for us to get here from Colorado so it made a perfect winter getaway for us. We fell in love with the town because of the wonderful community of people. We love everything about this place and plan to be here for many years.....
