The house is wonderful! Spacious with comfortable beds and the roof top terrace is heavenly! They have everything you need for cooking and the beach. The kids loved the pool. The homeowners were so incredibly helpful!! We will be back!

Highly recommend this place to anyone that would like to stay in punta Mita. It suited our family very well (4 adults and 3 kids) and could accommodate more! We took their recommendation of having a chef come to the house and dinner on the terrace and cost less than going out! It was a fantastic home and a quick walk to the restaurants and beach. I hope we can stay again.

The host was super responsive and helpful. The daily housekeeping was very nice especially as we were with our family. The recommendation to hire Paty as our chef for two meals was also a highlight.

We had a wonderful time in Punta de Mita on a family vacation with our friend and our two kids (11 and 14). The house is spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. Curt and Victoria were highly responsive and accommodating hosts and the daily housekeeping service provided by Candy kept everything in lovely condition during our stay.

This property is even better than the pictures. Rest rooftop deck and location walkable to great restaurants and the beach.

We had a lovely stay in Punta de Mita. The town was a perfect mix of restaurants, beach access and a neighborhood feel. We were awakened each morning by the roosters and I began my day listening to the ocean and bird-watching from the top deck. It was heavenly. I really appreciated that the town had typical town noises but not loud partying etc. It was so peaceful compared to other towns on the coast. The home had anything you could ever need including coffee maker, beautiful cooking range, air fryer/toaster oven, and microwave. There are bikes, towels, boogie boards, yoga mats, literally anything you could think of needing for a perfect beach vacation. The decor and furniture was so tasteful and comfortable. The upper deck was perfect for relaxing with a hammock, huge table, lounge area, and sink. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable and I slept so well during our stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful town that is relaxing with a great beach in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We love this house!

This is our second time at casa cristel de mar- we love this house, we love the location in the town and it is the gold standard in VRBO experiences. Real people own & spend time in the house and the details reflect that. We hope to be back.

10 days in Paradise

We had such an amazing stay in Punta De Mita The house was even better than the pictures. The people are so friendly and there are so many great places to visit closel by. The owners and staff were amazing and had great suggestions for places to visit. So looking forward to visiting again

Great Vacation

The location is literally 5 minutes from the beach and about 8 minutes from the downtown area, all within walking distance. The home is beautiful. Wonderful pool to soak and an amazing upstairs outdoor area. Punta Mita is a wonderful, safe place. Amazing vacation. Thank you Curt allowing us to use your wonderful home!

Cool house with lovely decor and amazing view!

The house was new and the decor unique and over the top! Every detail considered including maid service and amenities including connects with activities , surf boards and an amazing deck. Highly recommend for your next stay !

Amazing home!!

What a great place! We very much enjoyed being located almost equi distance to a surf break and a great swimming beach (5 min walk). Also, the unique location of the house allows you to be fully immersed in the town and local culture. We shopped for produce and fish locally and very much enjoyed eating at the street side restaurants where the locals eat! Would love to go back and would highly recommend the house!

Amazing!

Such a great home and location ... the pool and the rooftop deck were incredible. Great beds. The open kitchen and roof grill were perfect for cooking. Our crew really appreciated all the toys in the garage - SUPS, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear. Can't wait to visit again.

All the comforts and fun

The place is just incredible. Beautifully appointed home with the perfect view. It is such a bonus to have surf and sand items shared with guests to make the most of the beach access. From the hosts to the local contacts, everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. We'd love to come back someday!

Wonderful Property!

We just returned from a wonderful stay in Punta de Mita. The Villa is beautiful with everything you need to have a relaxing or a fun-filled vacation! Candi the housekeeper does a wonderful job each day, and Roman the house manager is quick to respond to any issues (all very minor, btw)! Thank you Curt and Victoria for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Cristal Del Mar

Lovely house. Lots of room for us (5 adults and 2 children). Rooftop terrace fabulous. Few minute walk to the beach. Wagon was great to haul the 3 year old around in. Good restaurants within walking distance. Little noisy a couple of times but overall everyone had a wonderful vacation with great lifetime memories.

Amazing vacation in Punta De Mita

Our stay at Curt and Victoria's home in Punta de Mita exceeded expectations. The house is lovely with every amenity you will need for your beach vacation. The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach, to restaurant row and all the activities the town has to offer. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for 30+ years and Punta de Mita is a lovely enclave of quiet local culture not the craziness that PV has become. We will definitely be back.
