The Space:

Nestled within a historical gem dating back to 1880, that was once owned by one of the area's most renowned distillers this two-story townhome epitomizes timeless elegance, seamlessly blending modern luxuries with its rich heritage. As you enter the gracious foyer, the inviting living room welcomes you with brand-new sofas and reading chairs bathed in natural light pouring through oversized bay windows. Every detail exudes sophistication, from the elegant crown molding to the original hardwood flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Flowing effortlessly through the large, cased opening, you'll discover the gourmet chef's kitchen, adorned with a granite waterfall island, gold accents, and a commercial-grade gas stove. Fully equipped with all the essentials for culinary adventures, this kitchen becomes a hub for socializing and meal preparation, with ample prep space and barstools for four.

Continuing through another cased opening, the formal dining room awaits, exuding an air of grandeur with its moody green walls, gallery art, and a stunning chandelier. Everything is set up for your use :) Please be courteous of the full-time resident neighborhood and keep outside noises down from 10PM - 8AM but of course feel free to enjoy the upper balcony as well as the screened-in porch (perfect for summer nights, mosquito-free!

Start your mornings with a walk over to Forsyth Park, just steps away. Stroll down to the Sentient Bean for espresso, coffee, and small breakfast bites, or grab breakfast at Collins Quarter, Forsyth. Are you craving some excellent diner-style food for breakfast? Walk down to Fork & Dagger Diner to enjoy that retro diner we love.

Enjoy a variety of food types throughout the city. Just minutes from your door, stop in the Peking House for incredible Chinese food. Grab a Cubano from the Cuban Window Café, or get classy with seasonal American dishes with a southern touch at Local 11ten Food |Wine.

Ready to let loose and have a little fun? Savannah is home to some of the best pubs and nightlife around. Stop into the White Whale Craft Ales tasting room to taste some incredible local brews. Stop by The Black Rabbit, an old-school sandwich shop by day and pub by night. Are you heading north out of the neighborhood? Getting Around:

Are you driving into town? Beauty on Barnard provides free on-street parking with spaces generally available right outside the unit. Please be mindful of parking signs, as parking spots rotate for street cleaning.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Barnard & Bolton SB stop just off your doorstep. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
