Moving to my lake place permanently in 2000 was the best decision. It's easy to understand why ppl vacation here and then call me to make an offer on a condo and start making family memories for themselves. Like the owners of Crescent Moon did. This resort is magical. The best air quality, Lake Ouachita is one of the cleanest lakes in the country. Come enjoy our little piece of paradise.

There are 3 lakes in Arkansas i considered buying a lake place on. The other two are Greers Ferry. It's a long, skinny lake with water and trees. No shoreline to pull up on. Also, it has houses and private boat docks. Something i'm proud to say we do not have. Then, there is DeGray Lake. It's a nice, clean lake but a bit small for me. Lake Ouachita has it all. 50,000 acres, 200 islands you can pull up your boat up on, clean, clear, crisp water. We have the race track 30 minutes down the road in historic Hot Springs, a country club 45 minutes away, dig for crystals in the crystal capital of the WORLD. Dig for diamonds at Crate of Diamonds State Park a mere hour away. We have it all. Clean air, clean fish, legal ATV trails. Come join us at Mt Harbor Resort and Spa.

Like I said, there are no homes on the 1000 miles of shoreline. The 188 condos at Mt Harbor are the only privately developed homes on the lake. If it's close to the water it's a trailer that sits on Corp of Engineer property. You cannot own the dirt. Our condos are all different. I love Crescent Moon for the location, private parking lot and bring so close to the water, spa, pool & pickleball courts.
