Waterfront is Directly on the Water Enjoy Lake Ouachita Up Close Hosted by LOVR

Beautiful, spacious, two bedroom/two bath condo. Lake view with large covered deck and porch swing. Stone fireplace, free high-speed wireless internet. Sleeps 9. King and bunk with full on bottom and twin on top in the master bedroom. Guest room has Twin Bunks & Two Queens. Closet has mattress and pad for extra sleeping. Only a few steps off the back deck to lake, pool, spa and tennis courts. Your boat can be left at the spa dock or beach it directly on the shore right by your deck. Great for families and groups. We have another condo next door for rent for your convenience.

You can’t beat Lake Ouachita and Mountain Harbor Resort for a great vacation – 49,000 acres of crystal clear lake surrounded by Ouachita National Forest offers water sports of every description and great fishing along with the serenity and activities of the national forest. Only 20 miles too many attractions in Hot Springs.

Our condo does not allow pets and is a no smoking condo. Manage lives on property. Thank you for your understanding.

Wonderful

Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay at this condo. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and family space. We loved the family photos taken through the years. The kitchen was wonderful, fully equipped and all appliances in working condition. We will definitely be back.

Best Rental Ever

We always stay in rentals instead of hotels if our stay is extended. This was the loveliest one we have ever stayed in and Mrs. Sami is hands down the best property manager we ever had. Wish I could take her wherever I need to stay. Good job, Sami!

Relaxing getaway

I can't recommend this property highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The interior is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the comfortable bed, which ensured a great night's sleep. Amazing

This is the perfect getaway with family! It was very clean. The property manager was a delight! She called & text me prior to check in to discuss everything with me. She made check in a breeze. Loved the location of the property. The teens even enjoyed themselves. The only complaint I had was we couldn’t take our dogs & there were dogs Everywhere in the surrounding condos. I would 10/10 recommend this property.

Perfect for our family

This place was wonderful! The kitchen was supplied well with all we needed to cook dinner every night. The bathrooms where very clean and large. The living space had older furniture but very clean. We will stay again! We loved all the photos of the family who owns the home. Thank you!

We had a great stay here. I stay at Mountain Harbor a couple times a year. This is the first time staying at one of the condos. It was great!! Sami was extremely helpful and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

Anniversary Trip

Property was amazing! The view and location to the pool is a bonus. The only negative is if you are traveling with a boat. There is no boat parking at the condo and there is no electric at the overflow to charge batteries. I would suggest maybe Including flashlight locations in the condo. We lost power 3 times our last night and it was dark! Very pleased with the property!

Great place

Came over for a two day bass tournament. Everything was great. If you are planning to fish while on your trip, you will not be able to trailer your boat and charge your batteries at night because you will not be allowed to park a boat in front of any condo. I emailed the owner and he is super helpful and friendly. He suggested renting a slip. I would not have thought of that. Overall really great weekend.

Very accommodating

The cabin had everything we needed and ample room for our larger family. Everyone was comfortable. It was so nice to be able to walk out the back door and be right at the lake! Management was more than accommodating. The coffee pot didn't work when we arrived. They brought a brand new one (still in the box) to us within minutes of our phone call. Can't wait to come back!

Birthday celebration

Enjoyed our stay with views of deer in the evening off the back deck as we grilled dinner for family & friends to celebrate a 60th birthday. Lots of room in kitchen to gather & table sits everyone to eat as one group. Rode the trails with 4 wheelers & later toured the beautiful Christmas lights all over the Mountain Harbor area on golf carts. Beds slept everyone comfortably. Nice to have extra ice with ice maker from condo bar for blending margaritas (blender provided) with the well equipped kitchen. Great place to stay. There are a few stairs down to entrance to condo but not a problem for our group.

There are 188 condos at Mt Harbor. Only a few are on the rental program and even fewer have a Lake View AND Lake Access. Our WaterFront condo has both. There is a private stairway off the back deck that takes you to the lake or pool or our world renowned spa. Turtle Cove Spa is fantastic. My favorite service is the Graceful Aging Facial. Of course, the best is coupling your facial with a massage.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Mt Ida has airport is less than 15 minutes away from Mt Harbor. If you are a golfer Glenwood Country Club is 45 minutes away. A round, including a cart, is less than $50. Are you a rock hound? There are many Crystal Digging sites in our area. Crystal Springs, one town over, is the Crystal Capital of the world. Are there any hikers in your family? If so, check out the LOViT. It is the Lake Ouachita Vista Trail. One of the websites is TheBigPicture. We locals ride our ATVs to the vista. If you don't have a buggy you can drive your car up to the top. It is gorgeous. One of our favorite things in the summer is the Town Square hosts a free music festival. Grab a lawn chair and join us. Hot Springs is right down the road. It is filled with vacation musts....Go Carts, Laser Tag, Bumper Boats, Magic Springs Water Park and Theme Park, fabulous local restaurants. Bring some jugs and take home some water from downtown on the strip right next to Bath House Row.
