Casa de Garcia is a gem in the Historic Eastside. Stay in luxury next to world-famous Canyon Road and the Plaza. Experience the charm of a classic adobe home dating back to 1839 and thought to have once been the Governor's Mansion. Fully remodeled with high end furnishings. Bright and spacious 1939 sq ft with lots of sky lights. Walk to famed art galleries, restaurants, and favorite Santa Fe sites then come home to an inviting private garden courtyard with water fountain for cocktails.

LIVING ROOM AND FAMILY ROOM
The living room is filled with natural light and accompanied by a beautiful traditional Kiva log fireplace along with RH furniture and sleeper sofa. The cozy family room has a sectional pull-out sofa and Samsung smart TV.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with Sub-Zero refrigerator and JennAir range. It opens into the private back patio with gas grill. The dining room has RH dining set with seating for six.

BED AND BATH
The Master BR has a RH king bed, a spacious en-suite bath with door to the private couryard. The guest BR also has a RH king bed and en-suite bath. There are 2 sleeper sofas, one queen and one twin.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Private courtyard and garden with water fountain and string LED lights to enjoy the enchanting New Mexico evenings for wine or cocktails.
The second rear patio has seating and gas grill.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly and NON-smoking. Our cleaning staff reports pet hair or smoking to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets or evidence of smoking will result in a $1,000 fee.

Lovely casita with loads of charm and amenities and a welcoming, responsive host. Beautifully furnished and well appointed (the comfy, lush bedding was a highlight). Excellent location within walking distance of dining, shopping, oodles of artisan galleries and of course, the Georgia O’Keefe Museum. A big plus as parking in the metro area proved to be challenging. After a day of hiking the spectacular Rio Grand Gorge Trail and visiting Taos, we were thrilled to return to this beautiful little gem of a property.

Beautiful home! Bed and living spaces were very comfortable and there is a heating unit in each room which was helpful! Only thing that made it a little challenging was the master bedroom was only accessible to the main part of the house through the second bedroom/bathroom otherwise you have to go outside and enter the house through the front door. We made it work but that is one thing I didn’t see described in the listing. Other than that, the owners were very friendly and available if needed! Would stay again!

Amazing property and perfect location! The home was beautiful and perfect for family gatherings with separate living room areas for a variety of activities. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and the private patios were wonderful. The location was perfect and we could walk everywhere. The hosts were responsive and great to work with. We can’t wait to return.

This amazing property was just the best. Beautifully decorated, very well stocked with necessary and might need items. Peaceful courtyard and VERY comfortable beds. The location could not have been better for our girls trip. I have already told a friend about this property and can’t wait to visit Santa Fe again and stay there. Kim and Linh were very easy to work with during our stay. Check-in instructions were clear, our hosts were easy to contact and we had everything we needed. This place is really lovely. The location literally can't be beat. It is the perfect spot between Canyon Road and the Plaza. The finishes are very nice, just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We loved the courtyard and spent almost every morning and evening there. We grilled out for dinner and found everything we needed. Would love to come back and stay here again!

It's Glorious!!!

This is a wonderful property in the greatest part of Santa Fe! But, the hosts are what really makes this rental delightful! They are really thoughtful people who care about their house AND their renters! The house has everything we needed plus more! I'd rent it again any time!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect for exploring the area, the house was spotless, plenty space for 4 of us and entire property was absolutely beautiful!! The Perfect Location!

This place is such a gem - one could not ask for a more perfect place to stay in Santa Fe. We spent 5 days easily walking nearly every inch of the town - everything is so close to the house. The home is very unique and has great character and charm. The accommodations include high-end, quality comforts in the furnishings, linens and beds. There is plenty of space, and the courtyard is the perfect spot for morning coffee and for an afternoon happy hour. The owners were very kind and helpful, and check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful, comfortable, clean (spotless in fact), and is in a perfect location. It is appointed with just the right touches of southwest decor. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and right beside Canyon road. The furniture is all Restoration Hardware and extremely comfortable. Kim and Linh offered us a warm welcome. They were kind and most helpful. We arrived on a Wednesday and the art walk was in progress so Canyon Road was closed to cars. My husband walks with a cane and we had dinner reservations at the far end of Canyon Road. Kim and Linh offered to escort us up there. We followed Linh and he was able to get us permission to drive through the barriers. We followed Linh all the way up to our restaurant. In my book I call that above and beyond the call of duty. That was just the beginning of a perfect stay in Santa Fe. The Garcia Casita could not have been more comfortable and better located. The fact that Kim and Linh were the perfect hosts made our trip outstanding!Thank you Kim and Linh! We hope to return again and again! ClaireP.S. Enjoy your children next weekend!

Ladies Weekend Getaway

Beautifully appointed home in downtown Santa Fe, walkable to all of the great shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room in the common space to spread out and entertain. The beds were so comfortable, great nights sleep every night! Hosts were very helpful and quick with communications. The home was spotless.
