This roomy, open concept 3 bedroom/2 bath house has lots of seating with a large sofa, dining table, and great outdoor living space. You are just a short walk to downtown Rockaway shops/restaurants and miles of beautiful beach.

A fish cleaning station and crab cooker are available in the back yard for fishermen and crabbers as well as ample parking for a boat without having to unhook.



The covered back deck with table/chairs and BBQ provides the perfect place to hang out and BBQ, even if there is some costal mist. On those beautiful coast sunny days the morning sun is perfect for sipping coffee on the front porch.



A major bonus is the game room with a shelf of board games, large game table for chess/checkers, dart board, and large TV. Gather around to play games or just settle down in the overstuffed chair to watch TV or read a book.



The kitchen is well appointed, has modern appliances, a large pantry, and a second refrigerator in the game room if needed.
