Great location to restaurants and shops, close to freeways and convenient for Fort Bragg. House was clean and true to representation. Host was great and very helpful. Loved the coffee bar.

This house was very comfortable for our family, and accommodated us during the very cold weather that visited Fayetteville during our stay. Our children enjoyed the foosball table and the extra large island. The weight room and the upstairs media room was a nice addition to the home. It was a wonderful home.

Persimmon Grove is a spacious and comfortable home with great amenities. We enjoyed a nicely furnished kitchen and dinning area with lots of room to gather. The bedrooms are so inviting and cozy. The bathrooms were so clean and the showers were also nice. Although we didn't use the backyard due to unusually cold weather the back yard is beautiful and private. The neighborhood is clean and close to many restaurants and shopping. Persimmon Grove is great place to stay and we hope to return to it someday in the future.

Beautiful home very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the family to all have space. Perfect kitchen for feeding the whole family! We will definitely try to rent the same house the next time we come to visit!

Great location

We came to celebrate my brother taking his first command. The kids loved the backyard and we loved the space for us adults to hang out. This was around the corner from my brothers home and convenient to everything we needed. Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful property with open common area that was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Great location. I enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. Would recommend this property.

Outstanding home away from home

we would recommend this beautiful home to any who want to stay in the area. So roomy, clean and comfortable. Great outdoor space too. Quiet neighborhood and only minutes to any store or restaurant that might interest you. We would definately stay here again if we were meeting our northern relatives half way.

Roomy, and clean. The large kitchen island with the bar stools and the the large couches in the living room gave us plenty of room to hang out together.The young adults really enjoyed the fuze ball table. Pretty neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The back yard was peaceful, and had a grill. We will definitely book in the future.

Excellent sums it up! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The rooms were large, with plenty of room for everyone without being in anyone's way. The host was very kind and responsive, and the house was easy to get into. We used the fire pit for s'mores. We appreciated the host adding the grill at the last minute—we love to grill out! We highly recommend and would definitely stay the next time we are in town.

Loved this home

The house is beautiful, in a great location, clean and welcoming. We came down for a week to visit our son who is stationed in Fayetteville, he decided to stay with us for the week also. It was like home away from home. We have no complaints and have decided that if our son cant come home for Christmas we will plan our next visit for this house. Located near everything, food, shopping, Fort Liberty, downtown Fayetteville is close by. Communication was smooth and easy.

This property was surprising to me because it brought joy to even my tiniest surprise guests, ages 1, 5, and 6 all the way up to their Grammy. The large enclosed backyard was perfect for running, rolling, and bird watching. The gym, fooseball table, and games were fun entertaiment. The large kitchen was perfect for meal prep, and the beds were very comfortable. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely return!! Thank you!

We loved our stay here, we were attending a funeral and everything was close by to the house which was helpful as we had a lot of food to get. The kitchen had all essentials needed to cook and there are tons of restaurants near by as well. The house was clean and the rooms were all comfortable. The main bedroom shower didnt have hot water, it was luke warm. Not sure why but we couldn’t figure how to get it hotter. The sinks were fine but the shower was luke warm. We loved the fire pit and used it for our family after the funeral just to chill and finally relax. The kids had fun playing the games at the house. The only thing I would suggest for the host is to leave more towels, toilet paper and trash bags than just the bare minimum, especially for bigger families that are staying or at least let everyone that stays with you that you are only leaving the bare minimum. We didn’t realize we didn’t have any other toilet paper or trash bags until late last night and had to run to the store to get more. Other than that the place is great!
