OUTDOOR SPACE: Each of our units boasts its own private yard, ensuring a serene and exclusive outdoor space for our guests. Access to these yards is limited to two designated points: through the side gates or directly from the kitchen. There is NO internal access within the backyard, preserving the privacy and individuality of each unit.

PARKING: On-site driveway parking. Can fit 4-5 cars. Street parking allowed.

EXTERIOR CAMERAS: Both units have an actively recording cameras overlooking the front and back entrance porches/partial yard/driveway and front doorbell cameras which records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

LAUNDRY - Each unit has washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement.
