I would like to address a few of the points you raised: -Staircase Accessibility: We do include information about the spiral staircase in our listing along with photos to help guests make informed decisions. We understand that this can be challenging for some, however it is in our listing before booking. -Cable: We did stop by and show you how to use the cable TV and the Roku. -Appliances: We did address this during your stay and took you a new coffee maker and kettle as soon as we were made aware. (the kettle had water stains it was not dirty) -Water: We understand that the water shut off momentarily, however it was quickly restored. -Checkout Instructions: We provide checkout instructions to all guests, which include tasks such as placing towels in the shower or bathtub not in the washer and taking out the trash. This is standard practice in many vacation rentals, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests, as soon as we were made aware of your concerns we promptly addressed them.

Thank you for your review. We will have our maintenance manager look at the outside lights. The master suite carpet has a faded stain that has been cleaned. This home does not smell old and musty. It is best to hold on to the hand rail when using the circular stairway. There are also outside doors to the downstairs bedrooms so guests can bring their luggage in without using the stairs. The beds will be evaluated at the next departure. This is a beautiful home with an amazing view. Plenty of room to spread as well as come together for family time. This home is one of my favorites and well worth the price.
