Koa resort condo community has 5 tropical landscaped acres with 5 low rise buildings surrounding an Olympic sized pool. Ground floor unit completely remodeled with all the comforts of home. Private entrance, a private lanai with a view straight to the pool makes this a quiet, relaxing place to explore all Maui has to offer. You never will feel like your crowded here. 54 units share all the grounds and amenities, so you may have the pool to yourself. It is all about comfort and convenience. Let the kids play tennis or ping-pong while you grill the fresh fish on the grill at the cabana complete with free wi-fi as well so the kids can connect with games and you can down load e-mail while dinner cooks. Let the trade winds gentle breezes lull you to sleep in your choice of King, Queen or one of the two twin beds. Soak those tired muscles from the day of ocean kayaking in the hot tub while the kids play in the heated pool, while the plumeria blooms and pinwheel past you. Or walk across the street to view sunset just a minute away. You can experience a vacation of a lifetime here. Relax, heal, regroup and renew!

My family of 4 stayed here for 9 nights and it was absolute perfection! The unit was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for our stay! The host, Debbie, was phenomenal with communication; especially checking in on us as bad weather was coming our way. This is our second time staying at the Koa, our first with this unit-and we’ll definitely stay here again! The pool, grounds, and tennis/ping pong were so fun to have access to! Overall, the best trip ever!

The condo was so clean and well furnished!! There were plenty of towels, bedding and extra blankets! I really appreciated the flashlights when the power was out! It was great to have extra beach bags and beach towels!! The owner was wonderful to work with and was in contact with us to make sure everything was okay!

Had a wonderful stay at Koa Resort - great location in Kihei steps away from the beach and whale sanctuary, a great spot to see turtles sunning. Amenities were great: pickleball/tennis courts, clean grills, and the best pool on the island - big and never busy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Shower was large and plenty of warm water. Our boys loved spotting lizards and all the birds and chickens roaming the property. Debbie was super helpful and responsive - wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Just great. Sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen and any beach items you can possibly think of. Debbie was a great host, super nice and responsive. The resort facilities are also great, with a nice pool, tennis court, grilling area, shuffleboard, etc. The place was absolutely perfect for a family of four.Debbie was a great host, helpful and responsive even from a different time zone.Only downside is you do hear footsteps from upstairs and it can get annoying, but it was never a big deal at all.Fully recommend, would come back tomorrow if I could.

This was the perfect apartment for our family. Our young girls LOVED the pool and hot tub. The unit was stocked with everything we could need. Highly recommend for families with kids!

Really wish I could give it five stars - Con: noise. 1) you are 250 feet from the main drag of Kihei: bring your sound machine. 2) Ceiling is much too thin, you will hear every footstep: adults at 8 PM, running children at 6 AM. Sound machine won’t help. If they’re up, you’re up. Plan accordingly, and you’ll be fine.Pro: Everything else. Great location for the beaches, fabulous apartment well stocked with everything you’ll need and more: modern kitchen, tons of beach toys, a beautiful lanai. Pool is huge, and a friendly responsive host.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent time in Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (all adults). It's very well furnished, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area, and the lanai was a great place place for a morning cup of coffee. Convenient location. The owner, Debbie, was very responsive to any questions. I'd love to stay here again if we return to Maui in the future.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Debbie was knowledgeable and friendly sharing so many keys to Maui. The condo was easy to find and get into. The pool was directly out the back door and has such a nice little sitting area to watch the birds and admire the plumeria trees. I can not wait to come back.

Amazing!

We loved our stay. The place was great, clean, fully stocked, with a beautiful lanai and amazing pool just steps off the lanai that was perfect in the afternoon after the day's excursions. We would definitely go back. Location was great as we are centrally located to everything!

Cozy family condo

A very clean and beautifully furnished condo. The perfect size for our family of four, it provided us a very relaxing stay. And the lanai offered privacy but also easy access to the pool and amenities.

Koa resort is a great place for families with the biggest pool in Kihei. The central location on island makes it a good home base for exploring the wonders of Maui. Thank you for your review, so glad you felt relaxed and at home.

Clean and well stocked condo in convenient location

It was well maintained, clean and well stocked condo. Many nice and reasonably priced restaurants nearby eg Miso Phat sushi, Java Cafe, coconut fish cafe, Nalu’s south shore grill all in less than 5mins drive.

Wonderful Experience

We had an absolute wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property. All any future renter needs to bring is clothes, and maybe purchase food; everything else is provided . We loved the condo and it’s location and we’d highly recommend this property to anyone else for their vacation.

Great place

Had a great time during our stay. The location was great, a short walk down the road and can see some turtles on the beach. Beautiful property. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook from home, fit our family great. There were boogie boards for the kids and sand toys and beach chairs you could use too. The owner was available, just a quick text away. Would love to come back again!!

Incredible stay

We had an incredible stay at this condo! From the moment we booked, the host was attentive and communicative, providing all the information we needed for a seamless check-in. The condo itself was immaculate, with all the comforts of home. It was perfectly located—close to local beaches and great dining options within a short drive. The amenities provided, like high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

Debbie is an event videography and Melt Method instructor, Debbie and her husband Jeff, lived here at Koa for 5 years before moving up to Pukalani, upcountry Maui. Sadly, Family and work called them back home to Ohio in 2014.
Betty Ann, my cousin that enjoyed visiting us to vacation for the last 5 years, decided to invest in Koa resort to retire in some day. Debbie has stayed on to manage, rent and maintain the property from afar. So sit back and relax with your own “insider local” tour guide to the islands.. This condo has been totally remodeled by us to fit all your needs on vacation. Our condo home in sunny Kihei is the perfect place to call home while you explore all Maui has to offer! I am always happy to help you customize your trip to your individual needs.

Kihei is centrally located to the island. If it is raining in Kihei, it is raining all over the island. Very dry area of the island, it is perfect for all water sports. My husband, Jeff is a scuba diver, many great dive and snorkeling locations here close as well as great places for me to kayak out to watch whales! Not to mention the best beaches on Maui! Because my condo was my home, you will feel and live the difference. Your not staying in a condo package where it's always just been a rental income. You are staying in my customized home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Love the mix of residents, from young and old alike. Some retired living their dream retirement, some working on the island, some coming to enjoy the island for the first time, some coming to marry or honeymoon. The property is build with a pool that never gets crowded. Property promotes activities with two tennis courts and cabana for parties or just grilling with the family. Shuffleboard is a family favorite around the hot tub and pool area. Always something to do with plenty of wide-open space so you never feel like you are in a condo complex. Central parking lot means no one drives up to your door. Beautiful winding tropical walk ways back to the buildings, with so many plumeria trees and other Hawaiian tropical plants blooming year round, jacaranda trees scent the breezes as you make your way back to your private unit.
