True to its name, this cozy cabin located in Stanardsville, VA offers a secluded and peaceful escape from reality. Rediscover your sense of wonder amongst the pristine forests and scenic mountain ranges that surround the home and let the warm, rustic atmosphere of the cabin relax your mind. At every turn, Serenity At The Summit will exceed expectations.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, pet-friendly mountain cabin has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Unwind in the living area with vaulted ceilings and expansive windows or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Serenity At The Summit sleeps up to four people and includes one king bed on the main level and one queen bed on the upper level. The cabin also features exciting outdoor amenities that will bring you and your four-legged friends closer to nature! Take your morning cup of coffee on the large back deck overlooking the forest, enjoy mountain views from the relaxing warmth of the private hot tub, and witness unfiltered views of the stars while lounging around the outdoor fire pit (firewood provided).

Serenity At The Summit is mere minutes from the Swift Run Gap entrance of Shenandoah National Park where some of the best outdoor recreation activities await. Hike to scenic summits and cascading waterfalls, roam the open meadows teeming with wildlife, or observe mountain vistas from the comfort of your car on Skyline Drive. For a taste of local living, venture into nearby small towns like Elkton or Stanardsville to explore unique shops, breweries and wineries, restaurants, and more! Serenity At The Summit guests also receive free access to Massanutten Resort rec centers located just thirty minutes away.

We had a great time at this beautiful cabin! The kids loved sleeping in the loft, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Everything was clean and well organized. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the cabin, it had everything my family and I needed for a week long stay in the mountains. It had great views, a hot tub and a nice seized kitchen for preparing meals. We also liked that it was close to Shenandoah National Park and Massanutten. The close town of standardsville has a nice coffee shop and a few good restaurants.

We enjoyed the cabin it was very peaceful, enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed, firewood, roasting skewers, charcoal and starter, and a bag of ice! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. Also it was nice to have a starter pack so that we didn't have to make another trip to the store. More towels would have been nice and extra towels for the hot tub, luckily we brought our beach towels.

What an amazing cabin tucked away on Lydia mountain. The owners were very attentive via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Downstairs bedroom and bath. Cozy living room with fireplace. If I have a negative it would be the 1/4 mile drive to the cabin. Road is very bumpy. Wouldnā€™t recommend a car. But everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We were traveling to attend funeral services for my father-in-law and planned to stay at the cabin afterwards. While we were attending the services, my father died unexpectedly. We had to go home immediately and never went to the cabin. We called TripForth and explained our emergency situation. They told us they couldnā€™t do anything for us, and we had to forfeit all our money. We didnā€™t have trip insuranceā€”we never anticipated not staying at the cabin. No refund option offered, no partial refund option offered. Total financial loss without setting foot in the cabin (no cleaning or laundering of linens necessary)The cabin isnā€™t fully booked out reservation-wise. Itā€™s unfortunate there couldnā€™t be any accommodations made.

Beautiful accommodation inside & out. The layout of the home and property was excellent and it was a great spot to bring our pups. We enjoyed nights out by the fire pit and my husband really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. I do wish the kitchen had more basic provisions such as olive oil. And it would be nice if checkout was at 11 am, which is typical at other places we've stayed.

This was an excellent property. There are so many things we loved about it. The management company was very responsive and communicative. They provided a significant starter bag of essentials for the first night. The cabin was extremely clean and well equipped. The attention to detail was evident in every room. The extra linens, comfy beds, charging stations, lighting, spacious bathrooms, fire pit, wrap around porch, hot tub, wifi, tv, gas fireplace, and best appointed kitchen I've ever seen in a rental, all made our stay enjoyable. We stayed over the Christmas week and I requested a few decorations inside the cabin. I was pleasantly surprised when we stepped into the cabin and found a decorated Christmas trees and lights. This is one of our favorite rentals we've ever stayed in. We will be back to further explore the beautiful sights and trails.

Nice Little Getaway

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a getaway weekend. The cabin was amazing. The hot tub was very relaxing. There was nothing to want for as towels, starter shampoo, soap.....were provided. Look forward to our next trip.
