So, coffee lovers, wrap up in your favorite blanket and come enjoy sipping your favorite espresso, cappuccino or latte while sitting by the fire pit and marveling over these gorgeous mountain views!

Access and all check in information is provided the morning of check in once guest IDs are submitted. The property is situated on a mountain. The main roads are easy to navigate and there is a elongated uphill drive to enter Tanner`s Ridge Mountain. Once in the neighborhood you would need to drive on gravel roads cautiously for about 10 min, we highly recommend 4x4 especially during snow days. There is a steep driveway with lots of flat space to park at the top.
Checking in and out: Check-in after 4:00 PM Checkout before 10:00 AM
Gov`t Issued ID Required for All Adult Guests, Must be 23 to rent.
Dogs allowed: Max 2 Dogs, No Cats, Pup Fee $45 per pet for the stay
No parties or events, No smoking, No commercial photography
Early Check in Fee $50 before 4 pm, Late Check Out Fee $50 after 10 am
Early and Late Check outs must be approved and cannot always be accommodated.
During your stay: 6 guests maximum
Self check-in with lockbox - Access provided the morning of check in as long as IDs have been submitted.
