This vacation rental includes a fully furnished large main room with kitchenette, dining area and 175 square foot covered deck, full custom bathroom, one bedroom with king bed, another with two queens and a sitting area, all with BRAND NEW beds/bedding, furnishing, fixtures and appliances. New AC/heat system, ceiling fans, and crank-open double-pane windows for a cool breeze. Enjoy a shaded panoramic view toward Grizzly Peak and Emigrant Lake, plus spectacular sunsets. We provide a wide range of other amenities: Complete bedroom and bathroom linens, fully equipped kitchenette including complimentary welcome basket, variety-pak coffees and teas.
