DETAILS: "Coco Pucci" is conveniently located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, right above the shops. This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway for two or a single-family retreat. The bright and airy living area lets in plenty of light through the French doors leading out to the private balcony and converts to an additional sleeping area with its built-in murphy bed. Hungry? The fully-equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook a gourmet meal, or the convenience of nearby town center eateries offer several delicious options as well. The choice is yours!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 4):
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bath with Tub/Shower Combo
- Living Room: Queen Murphy Bed
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/Shower Combo

In addition, you also have access to the these fantastic Rosemary Beach amenities:
- Coquina Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am & 8 pm-10 pm)
- Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

The location was great and easily accessible to amenities, with a reasonable walk to the beach. The apartment itself was quaint, clean, and nice. Unfortunately, the AC was very inefficient, making it unbearably hot at night. We couldn’t sleep with the bedroom door closed, and even with it open, it was still uncomfortable. The building hallway also had a very unpleasant smell that carried into the apartment. Due to these issues, we would not rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary Beach. The condo was just as described. We did not have a mirror in the master bath, which was inconvenient, but we were notified on the day of our arrival beforehand. The view from the balcony is the street behind the restaurants, so not great and pretty noisy with deliveries in the morning. But the property managers were very responsive with all of our questions. The condo overall was nice.

Enjoyed our stay

Great property. Worked well for four adults. The second full bath was very helpful and allowed 4 adults to enjoy a 5-6 night stay with privacy and comfort for us all. Great location.

The Perfect Getaway

Condo in Rosemary was just perfect. Location, cleanliness, and all amenities were well above average. All restaurants and shops are walkable. Perfect vacation all around. We will be back!

Staying right off of the town square in this unbelievably cute community was amazing! I loved waking up and grabbing coffee just steps away or grabbing ice cream on the walk home from the beach was picture perfect. Two bathrooms is such a nice bonus - making coming back from the beach easy or getting ready for dinner a breeze. It was just my husband and I, but the Murphy bed had us planning when to bring our kids back with us next time! The trash truck that comes on Monday morning (early) will ensure that you get up to see the sunrise at the beach ; )

Just Right!

It was perfect for our quick anniversary getaway. Perfectly, located in the heart of everything and a short walk to the beach. 360 Property Management was supportive and communicative throughout our stay. Loved this place. Have saved it to my trip board and we will be staying there again.

The apartment is right in the middle of town which has great proximity to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and other shops. The neighborhood on the apartment side is quaint offering a nice place to walk, use the parks, or swim in the many pools available. Across the street are several more restaurants, parks, and beach access. The town itself is very nice with equally beautiful towns nearby.The unit itself is a 1 bedroom 2 bath with good-sized balcony on the service alley. The furniture and bed were good, yet the apartment overall is showing signs of age. The important thing for renters to understand is the balcony is on a service alley directly above the Gallion's restaurant, which means trash and delivery trucks several times per day starting at 7am. Inside the unit the sound is better but the bedroom is closer to the trucks making early mornings much louder than normal. As one of the most cost-effective units, this is the reason.Checkin was stressful. The parking spot is extremely convenient but finding it was a hunt. A picture of the spot & another of a map location with 90% less text on the rules and what you can't do (Keep It Simple). Door entry also could be improved with a picture or video since multiple entry doors are in the front & back, with some doors for other apartments not accessible to this unit. The building staff are kind but cannot help.We enjoyed our time in RB & this unit put us right in the action, with great walkability & beach proximity.

Great condo, great location!

If you want to be in the heart of 30A, this is the spot! Wake up, walk downstairs and grab your coffee, quick walk to the beach, right in the mix of everything. Great having 2 beds and 2 full baths! Highly recommend!

We've had such a great vaction here!! Perfect size loft for small family of 4!! Kids thought the bed coming out of the wall was super awesome! Love the convenience of having everything in walking distance!!!

Great Location

Walking distance to everything. Great location for a couple. Clean unit. Only drawback is the unit smelled musty. An air purifier was running to abate the issue.

April 2016 Stay

We were in town for a friend's wedding. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The location could not have been better! We not only loved being close to wedding activities but also the shops, restaurants, and of course the beach. We loved parking the car and not getting back in until we left. It was a wonderful stay!
