This beautiful two bedroom, two bath unit is located on the third floor and overlooks the pool with a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. The unit has a King in the master with one queen and one set of bunks in the guest bedroom. Three mounted 4K flat screen televisions will entertain you inside, when you are not enjoying the beautiful grounds outside. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are most always beach toys in the guest bedroom closet for all to enjoy! High Pointe Beach Resort is a private gated community, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Experience the upscale shops, restaurants and events of Rosemary and Alys Beach all within a 5 minute walk. This tropical 15-acre paradise features five 4-story buildings, two of which are gulf front. The remaining three buildings are set around a family-friendly lagoon pool with graceful palms, tropical flowers and 6 cascading waterfalls. Stayed here in November. Host is very gracious and accommodating. Beautiful view of the pool and the gulf. Location could not be better. The area is beautiful and the beach rivals the best beaches in the Caribbean.

We loved the view and the convenience of the beachside restaurant—both were highlights of our stay. The rental itself could really use some updating and a more thorough cleaning. With a few improvements, this spot could be a gem.

Family Friendly Condo and Location

Our family went for spring break and you really can't beat the location of this rental. In the center of everything from beach fun to steps from restaurants, shopping, and live music. The rental was equipped with everything you would need for your stay and comfortably fit our family within the space. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. We enjoyed the area and hope to visit 30A again!

Anniversary weekend

My husband and i celebrated our 8 year anniversary here. We fell in love with this condo and rosemary beach! We plan to bring our 2 children back hopefully sometime next year! The pool and beach is fabulous. Everything is within walking distance. the condo has security and always feels safe! Beth communicated with me personally and was nothing but short of amazing! We WILL be back!

Perfect Holiday Stay!

The perfect rental for our family of 5! The unit was well furnished, comfortable beds, spacious for the kids, and an unbeatable location. Our family loved the pool, the private beach access and beach chairs, and enjoyed our meals at Crabby Steve’s! Easy walk to Rosemary Beach fo shopping and restaurants! We hope to be back and would 100% recommend!!!

Great Stay on 30A

The description for this condo was spot on! It is perfectly situated to give a view of the large pool and the gulf behind it. This mother/son trip did not disappoint! When we walked in, the condo smelled clean and it was obvious that housekeeping had done their job. High Point is the perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only time we moved the car was the first day to drive to the Publix for groceries, about 5-10 minutes away. My son was sick for the first 3 days of our trip, but I felt very safe going out alone to get carry-out for us, as well as exploring the quaint town of Rosemary Beach. The resort is secured with gates and guards, also giving extra security. Some of the security guards were kind of grumpy but we did not let that bother us! Wrist bands are supplied and needed for entry and exit of the gate, and the guards did check when at the pool. Beth is a wonderful host and has gone above and beyond to make guests have everything they will need during their stay. Unlike other rental properties, she supplies all of the essentials, even down to cooking spices. There were extras of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Having the beach service included was a plus. The weather did not cooperate with our stay and we only got to use the beach for a couple of hours, one day, unfortunately. We enjoyed going to Crabby Steve's a couple of times. The whole complex is under renovation, but did not impact our stay greatly.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped unit with great view of the ocean. Owner/host was very responsive to quickly resolve any issues. First time we have stayed at High Point and based on this rental, I would highly recommend.

Lovely condo - excellent location

When looking for a beach vacation rental, my priority is access to seeing the ocean, a quick walk to the beach, a pool option, and walk ability to shops & restaurants. This rental checks all those boxes- and more! There’s an outdoor pavilion with food, drinks & live music across the street every night- such an awesome extra. The condo itself has everything we needed and owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Awesome Fall Break

We had a fabulous time and everything was beyond better than we could have expected. Our host responded quickly to our questions and we will definitely stay here again. The beach was so nice, didn’t try out the pool because we came for the beach. Condo was more than well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need.

Loved our stay here! Clean! Beautiful view of pool and ocean. New appliances, sofa and beds (very comfortable). Nice decor - not cluttered. Basic supplies available for use or to borrow - like stepping into our own vacation home. Great location for shopping, restaurants and to walk or bike to Rosemary Beach. Definitely plan to stay here again. Host very responsive.

Such a great location!

The condo was very comfortable - beds, sofas, chairs, and pillows (lots of pillows to choose from!) The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The balcony (one of the reasons we chose Beth’s place) looked over the pool with the beach in the background and we enjoyed sitting and lounging there. We also chose this rental based on the balcony, the proximity to the Rosemary/Alys Beach área. It is so nice to walk and bike anywhere you need to go. And when you want to go a little further, other options are a short drive. Our other selection criteria was Beach access. The High Point resort is directly on the beach with its own beach area. The beach was great and not crowded at all! The beach setup was really easy and convenient. We never ate at Cranby Steve’s, but it was nice to have a restaurant/bar on site and beachside. I highly recommend this condo and we will look at booking here on our next 30A adventure!
