I am known as Sam, and I am a Canadian snowbird. I cohost and property manage several homes in Ocean View.
I teach crafts to residents and guests in Florida when enjoying the winters down south and I’m a certified yoga teacher.
My husband and I have been landlords in Canada, Key West, Cape Coral, Vero Beach, and now Jensen Beach for the last 25 years. We love to travel and we take the experiences and use these to offer a five star stay at all our properties. It warms our heart when guests leave happy, and even more when they return.

Jensen Beach is a safe and friendly town, with a casual surf vibe located right off the Indian River Lagoon. It has an old Key West feel and yet has all the conveniences of a modern city. You can walk to downtown in less than 15 minutes from our community where you will find funky shops, many bars and eateries, and the main grocery store and liquor store!
The beaches are not far, beautiful Sandy expensive beaches only a 7 minute drive. You can ride a bicycle and take the causeway bridge to reach the beach and enjoy breakfast or lunch at the Sand Dune Cafe. If you have never been to Jensen Beach, you’ll be pleasantly surprised and discover why it’s called the hidden gem of the Treasure Coast.

The Paradise retreat is only three houses away from the sparkling, clean salt water pool. Many guests love the fact that the resort style heated pool is waterfront, overlooking the Indian River Lagoon River. Absolutely a breathtaking experience. There are wonderful amenities in our community. This community is called Ocean View, located right off Indian River Drive, and is only a year old!
It boasts a kayak launch, clubhouse, fitness center and your private balcony will be front row seating to view Cape Canaveral rocket launches. You also have fishing access with the private pier in our community.
