The space
Our creatively designed house boasts 3 musically inspired bedrooms and 2 stylishly designed bathrooms, making it the ultimate retreat for those who appreciate the art of music.

The living area is set up to inspire and encourage creativity, with comfortable seating and an acoustic guitar to use when you're in the mood to make some music. There's also a piano keyboard located in one of the bedrooms.

After you're finished and have worked up an appetite, our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm. Not in the mood to cook? Don't forget you're only minutes away from Downtown Durham! Durham is known for being a foodie town, we'll be happy to share some recommendations!

Other things to note
There are two security cameras on site located outside near the roof and at the entranceway, they are pointed at the driveway and entranceway. They do NOT record inside the house. The camera is Ring. They are motion sensors.

If you see a square box in the living room in the corner, that is NOT a camera, that is a motion detector for the windows to prevent break-ins. We have documentation to prove it is a motion detector only.
