You’ll stay in a west Wichita neighborhood at near 13th St and Tyler Rd. Just 10 minutes from the airport and close to everything you need. Dillons grocery store and QuikTrip gas station are both less than 5 minutes away.
This is a small house but fits up to 8 guests with 5 beds. Great for families or work groups. There’s a 75" TV, a backyard gazebo, and a kids’ playground.
King beds, a stocked kitchen, and space to relax. Easy location with quick access to shops, food, and main roads.
This home is perfect for families or groups, offering 3 bedrooms, entertainment areas, and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax indoors or enjoy the large backyard with a fire pit and grill.
Remember this is one side of a duplex and completely private!

If you need to do some shopping, there are a few options nearby. Tyler Pointe Shopping Center and Crossroads Shopping Center are both within a short drive. Crossroads Shopping Center is home to a number of national retailers, such as Target and Kohl's.

Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property.
Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults. All bunk beds are designated for children up to 12 years old only.
Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss.
This house is roughly 1400 square feet in size.
There is a potential of noise because the backyard faces Tyler Rd., a very busy street specially during peak hours.
A rental agreement may need to be completed as part of the booking process.

Very nice home that is laid out well for a family. Quiet, safe neighborhood and conveniently located to several restaurants and grocery stores. Hosts were very responsive and had good clear, detailed communication. I would stay here again.

Highly recommend for a quiet and enjoyable stay. Home is peaceful, well maintained, exceptionally clean, and perfect location. The kitchen is well appointed and we were able to make great meals, bedrooms were quiet and comfortable, movie room was incredible and the backyard gazebo was a much appreciated place to relax. Great property and awesome hosts this is a great value if it’s available snatch it up.

Great place to stay in Wichita! Very clean, comfy beds and enough room for 5 adults to spread out. Nice selection of snacks and coffee provided! Kitchen had everything you could want. It backs up to a busy road but for that it's also in a great location! We would definately stay here again when we are in the area.

Very nice place! Clean and well decorated. Lots of thoughtful amenities (snacks in the kitchen, a basket of personal hygiene items in the bathroom, etc.). Host was quick to respond to any messages. We enjoyed our family reunion weekend and would definitely stay here again!

Host was very responsive! We had a minor issue with a sink drainage, she had someone out within hours to fix it! The space was perfect for our family of 5! The media room was nice for watching movies in the evenings with the kids! Highly recommend!
