Sleek, cool place. Great for short stays only. We stayed for a month, hence the 4 stars. Weak WiFi, plastic cups (we had to buy wine glasses, a tiny electric grill, limited bureau space. Clean, quiet and great location

Great stay in PSP for the Ironman 70.3

The property was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The kids loved the pool. The checkin process was smooth and professional. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Excellent stay

Loved the modern design & spaciousness. Well stocked kitchen & easy to use appliances. Everything was laid out well. Central location - less than 10 minutes to downtown. Will stay again!

Awesome place!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The location was quiet but close to everything and the townhouse was clean, spacious, stylish and well stocked. It’s a newer build. The pool and private patio were awesome and the living room had a lot of seating. Exceeded our expectations!

This is my 3rd time in Palm Springs. We loved our townhouse. The weather was beautiful, and we loved being no more than 10 minutes away from everything we wanted to experience. The place was lovely. and new and we would stay at another AvantStay property again. Thanks so much

Great Condo - perfect for a family!

We loved this condo and it had everything we needed for an extended weekend away! Perfect amount of space for two adults and a few littles. The sheets were soft and the master bed was very comfortable! Loved the decor and the access to washer/dryer, if needed. One thing I will say is that I was a bit disappointed thinking the listing said “7 mins” walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. It’s actually a 6 min DRIVE to downtown. The listing said 7 min walk to some shopping center, which I didn’t realize was NOT downtown. I thought that could be misleading to guests who don’t know the area well. Other than that, so happy with our experience.
