Welcome to Castaway Cove, an oceanfront villa located on the North Side.

Offering excellent backyard snorkeling, this airy, sun-filled two-story beach house features breathtaking views from almost every room, vaulted ceilings, and an open concept design.

Enjoying a protective coral reef, Castaway Cove is perfect for snorkelers and water enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy their own private dock with thatched cabana, built-in benches, and an ocean ladder for gentle water entry. The dock is a great spot for lazy lounging above the waves with a good book or your favorite people! We advise all guests to wear foot protection when wading into the ocean.

The living area features vaulted ceilings and an open design, allowing tons of natural light and dazzling ocean views to fill the interiors. All the comforts of home are provided, from plush couches to a large HD cable television with surround sound.

The home's kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and breakfast bar seating. There's a formal indoor dining table with seating for 6, plus an alfresco dining table on the oceanfront deck.

Combined with its convenient Northside location, minutes away from a grocery store, restaurants, and excursions departing from the Rum Point Club, it’s easy to see why Castaway Cove is an excellent value for young families and traveling groups. With no properties adjacent to the home, guests are assured maximum privacy to relax and recharge under the island sun.

***Beach Notes***
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from east to west, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. All beaches in Grand Cayman are public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark. The beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The beach next door is also always available for your use.

The homes in Northside offer great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches in Northside can have plenty of white sand, but can also be pebbly with natural rock formations. Either way, with the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear foot protection—pool shoes or fins—when wading into the ocean.

From North Side, it's an easy 10-minute drive to the Rum Point Club, as well as a 10-15 minute drive to Tukka restaurant in the East End. You'll also find 2 resorts in the East End—Morritts and The Reef—with restaurants and a dock bar.

***Ocean Debris & Sargassum***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum seaweed seasonally. Sargassum is a harmless seaweed that has increased in frequency over the summer months. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.

If sargassum weed becomes extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions, which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
