Welcome to Serenity Kai! Get ready to enjoy your vacation in a relaxing, serene and beautiful setting. This luxury condo is located in the exclusive Cayman Kai neighborhood on Grand Cayman Island. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit can comfortably sleep six adults and is equipped with A/C, Washer/Dryer, Cable TV, DVD/CD player and Wi-Fi. The unit is equipped with a king bed, 2 twin beds ans a sleeper sofa. Step off of your screened in lanai onto the private white sand beach or take a swim in the gorgeous infinity pool that is just steps away from your back door. If you are looking for a little more excitement, the Kaibo Yacht Club is just a short stroll down the
beach. Many guests and locals gather here to enjoy tropical drinks, good conversation and the warm ocean breeze.

Pleasant New Years stay

We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean unit. The beach restaurant amd coffee shop right next door were great! The NYE party they had wasnt too loud, and they had fireworks right off the dock. It is a great change of pace from seven mile beach.

We loved the condo. Location was great! It was just my husband, myself and our 4 month old so plenty of room if you wanted additional guests. Kaibo yacht club restaurant next door was wonderful and convenient. This is as beachfront as beachfront can get!

Perfect Visit Again

We've stayed at this property a few times and it was wonderful to finally return after four long years. Everything is extremely clean and it's so nice to be able to step out onto the beach. We always enjoy nearby dining options - Kaibo Yacht Club, Over The Edge, and Tukka - but also really appreciate the opportunity to cook at home.

Amazing!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We decided to have a few days away from seven mile beach and choose this wonderful condo. Everything in listing was as described except even better. The location, the views from the condo, the amenities and wonderful furnishings , truly a home from home experience.We were so sad to leave and wish we could have eextended our stay. An amazing overall experience and we will hopefully return to this beautiful condo again

Return to Kaibo

This was our 5th trip to Cayman and our second time staying at Serenity Kai/Kaibo. We love it there and the condos are perfect for us! We prefer the quiet side of the island and going to local places like Over the Edge and Kaibo to eat. Having the condo allows us to keep snacks,etc for breakfasts and lunches if we don't want to go out for every meal. And the view from the porch couldn't be better! We also enjoy having the coffee shop right next door. We were sorry that Rum Point had not re-opened the restaurant and Wreck Bar yet but we did enjoy drinks on the beach there ($$$ so not many!). Cayman is our favorite place - we got married there and have returned for several anniversaries! We would stay here again for sure!

Great find!

This ground-floor condo is far from the developed area of Grand Cayman, which suited us well. It is close to many of the activities we did, though I recommend renting a car for your entire stay. There is a great restaurant adjacent to the condos, with a coffee shop, but other than that, no restaurants or shops nearby, so we bought groceries and mostly ate in, which worked great for us. We went in early May and unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes on the island. The condo is air conditioned and well equipped with all you need, and more! Even beach toys for the kids! We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend this place to those who are looking for a quiet stay, away from the crowds (we were also off season).

Amazing Location! Relaxing with a lot of privacy!

I rented this condo for 4 nights, 5 days and my experience was perfect. The beach was right outside the back door. There is also a pool on site, hammocks, paddle boats, and paddle boards. The condo itself was equipped with everything you need and the beds were super comfy! Next door, 2 minute walk, is Kaibo Restaurant and coffee shop. Both serve excellent coffee and the food is delicious!!! The boat tour company was also close, 30 feet or so from the condo right on the beach. The condo is also close to the Rum Point bars and eateries, less than 5 minutes drive. The only issue I had was turning on the TV, but I called the property manager who resolved the issue right away. The wifi connection was strong... I am completely satisfied and would stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. Khalia C.

Amazing stay

Our family had a great time at this condo. The place was as described and extraordinarily clean. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. Everything was in good working condition. You will have everything you can think of. We also had the pleasure of meeting Barbara the manager of the place. Owner was great as well. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Great place!

It is a bit tricky to find, particularly if you arrive at night. It is the building just before you get to the Kaibo restaurant bar. Very clean, very comfortable. It is nice to walk out onto the beach directly from your patio.

A great place to stay on Grand Cayman

I would suggest renting this property! Everything you would need in a condo is there! Excellent condition of the condo and on the beach. You would need to go a grocery store first to buy food. Rum Point does not have a store however there is a store 15 minutes away. The store is well stocked! Perfect place fir a great rest and accommodation. Support from owner and Verbo was excellent! Thank you for making this a super holiday!

Right on a private beach

This condo has a linai covered patio that opens up to a private beach. It's absolutely perfect. If you stay here, i do suggest a car if you want to explore Georgetown and 7 mile beach because taxis are ludicrously expensive and public transport quite sporadic. However, there are also lots of things right beside the condo. You have a little coffee shop, the yacht club and just a little further down Rum Point. Additionally White Sands Watersports does snorkeling, luminescent tours and stingray bay tours which start pretty much right outside your door. The interior space of the condo was exactly as advertised and everything was in great condition. The owner responds to questions immediately and the property manager is also very approachable. Overall, a great stay. This was a girls trip, however, this condo would be equally suitable for a family with kids.

Relaxing stay at Kaibo

Loved staying in this area, a quieter part of Grand Cayman. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable for our family. The owner is a pleasure to work with. Very flexible and accommodating, which is very appreciated during these times. Had a small problem at the condo, which I alerted the owner to. The next day the property manager, also very pleasant, had taken care of it. This, over the holidays. What more can you ask for! Our second stay here and wonā€™t be our last.

Great spot and price

Our family did a staycation for 2 nights in June 2021. The unit was exactly as pictured/described. It was clean. Everything works. Property is well-maintained. Lots of board games in case you get a rain day. Location is great. You can walk bear foot to Kaibo next door (and crawl home!). 40 min walk to Rum Point. 20 min walk to Starfish Point. The only "negative" is that there is almost no food/condiments in the kitchen. No ketchup, mustard... Not even coffee. Only sugar and coffee filters. So, bring everything you need We would stay again
