All bedrooms air conditioned and made available based on maximum of 4 persons per bedroom (5 persons 2 bedrooms; 9 persons 3 bedrooms; 13 persons 4 bedrooms 4 bedrooms, all 6 bedrooms assigned for groups of 21 or more. 3 of the regular bedrooms have their own private balcony and all bedrooms have bathroom c/w shower (5/6 HOT WATER SHOWER), the deluxe and super deluxe (master bedroom suite) also have bath tub and bidet. Super deluxe also has walk-in closet area. There is a surcharge for the deluxe and super deluxe rooms when requested. Additional bedrooms can be negotiated. Floor mattresses available as required , no charge.
House features sunken octagonal shaped living room with cathedral ceiling and open to 2nd floor interior balcony; large dining room with breakfast nook with separate table; step up to sitting room with television; kitchen and smaller table for 6 with stove, fridge and microwave and utensils cutlery and crockery. (Advise staff if use of microwave, utensils, cutlery and crockery is required, no charge for this.) "L" shaped island counter/bar surrounding kitchen on 2 sides. Parking is available on the grounds for 8 cars, street parking for larger number of vehicles. Secluded location, house has been used as a movie set for the local movie industry. Parties larger than 30 can be negotiated. Guests are welcome to have catering from outside companies.
