Every aspect of our stay was perfect. The cabin was beautiful and spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed how peaceful and relaxed we were during our stay at Southern Romance. I love the location and hope to return very soon!

Better Than any 5 star resort

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated cabin. It was exceptionally clean and fully loaded with every amenity you could possibly need, including small, thoughtful touches like hair ties, extra blankets, and a wonderful selection for flavored coffee and hot tea. Host communication was very quick and helpful from start to finish. The hot tub and sauna were extremely enjoyable, and the porch bed swing was our absolute favorite spot to unwind. This place easily beats out any 5-star resort. We would love to return again!

Wonderful relaxing time in a beautiful cabin

Beautiful cabin among tall stately pine trees The amenities were first class and perfect for a relaxing enjoyable getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening. On our last day I had to check out the sauna. It has a nice cedar lavender aroma in it with a relaxing view We have been renting cabins in Hochatown for the past ten years and usually get the big ones and bring the family but this time we enjoyed a quieter time in the Southern Romance. We will be staying there again

Perfect Little Getaway

Southern Romance was exactly what we needed! The cabin was absolutely beautiful, cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway. We loved sipping coffee in the mornings, relaxing in the evenings, and simply enjoying the serenity. Being able to bring our little dog made it even better! Sean was wonderful, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. If you're looking for a quiet, romantic escape to relax and recharge, this is the perfect spot. We would absolutely stay again!

This is the perfect cabin for a couples getaway! Our favorite cabin in Hochatown!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! This was our second stay in this cabin! We returned to this cabin because it is our favorite cabin in Hochatown! Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully provided. The amenities were wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. They thought of everything with this cabin. It has everything you want and need for your stay. The hot tub was definitely a favorite—the perfect way to relax and unwind! Our host was also amazing—friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. You could tell they really cared about making sure we had a great experience. We had such a relaxing and memorable stay and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We will absolutely stay here again next year!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely! The cabin was amazing! Clean, well maintained, stocked and had all the amenities. The host was responsive and helpful. The best rental we have ever stayed at! Between the hot tub, sauna, swinging daybed, fireplaces and cozy everything we definitely didn't want to leave!

Cozy cabin

The cabin was exactly as pictured! The back porch with the swing bed, fireplace, sauna, and hot tub were amazing, especially on a rainy day. Would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Stay

The Southern Romance cabin was the perfect place to spend our 52nd anniversary. We enjoyed the porch in the evenings. The cabin decor was amazing and the bed was super comfy. We certainly would like to return.

Great cabin to escape the hustle and bustle

We stayed in this cabin 3 years ago but it was under different management at that time. It was great then but even better now! The furnishings inside and out and all the decor is so nice! We enjoyed the comfort and coziness this cabin offered. Its well stocked with everything you need. The owners are very easy to communicate with and respond to emails quickly! We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to spend time in Hochatown.

A perfect, relaxing getaway

Southern Romance is fantastic. This was our second stay and we will be back for more! The owners are wonderful and communicate everything you need to know. The cabin has everything you could possibly need for a romantic, relaxing getaway.

Short but amazing getaway

The property was amazing and absolutely true to the listing pictures. The cabin is gorgeous and very well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay and had trouble dividing our time between enjoying the cabin and enjoying all the outdoor activities that the surrounding area has to offer. Will definitely be back.
