1. Smoking is prohibited in the property.
2. No pets allowed.
3. Minimum age to rent is 21 & primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.
4. A rental contract must be signed online via your email address with in 48 hours of booking.
5. Your max occupancy during your booking is what you submit in your booking. Additional guests must be approved.
6. Avoid big parties or gatherings. Please be respectful of our sweet neighbors & always keep the noise to a minimum if possible.
7. If there is furniture damage, pet hair, or signs of smoking found that can cause extra cleaning, you may be charged.
