Deluxe 5BR Villa Heated Pool near Hollywood Beach

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you felt this way after your stay, but we do need to respectfully clarify several points. Our team responded to the pest concern during your stay and sent pest control to the property. The home is also on a regular professional pest control service. This home is located in South Florida, where occasional ants or palmetto bugs can appear due to weather and climate, but this was not an infestation. Regarding the air conditioning, we were notified close to checkout and immediately attempted to arrange service. The outside temperature that day was around 70°F, so while we understand any AC issue can be inconvenient, it was not an emergency heat situation. Service was still arranged as quickly as possible in the early morning ours of 8 AM. We also want to clarify that no refund was promised. A refund request was made after the stay, but it was not approved because the circumstances did not support it. We believe this review may have been written in response to that denied refund request, rather than as a fair reflection of the overall stay. We always welcome honest feedback and use it to improve, but we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect what occurred. The home is maintained regularly, our team responded when notified, and we made every effort to assist during the reservation. Regards, Hollywood Vacation Rentals
