Upstairs, you’ll find two beautiful bedrooms that offer privacy and tranquility after a day of adventure. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, soft linens, and calming mountain tones, your own personal retreat to rest and recharge. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together.



Downstairs, the queen sleeper sofa provides additional space for guests, making this home comfortable for groups of up to eight people. With 2.5 bathrooms, one with a tub, one with a walk-in shower, and an extra half bath. Everyone can enjoy a bit of personal space while getting ready for the day.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



▷ Shared Community Spaces, Include the indoor pool, deck with outdoor seating, the grilling area, and extra parking.

▷ NO Hot Tub: The hot tub at the pool area is not operational, and is not advertised as an amenity.

Just 1.5 miles from Dollywood and minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway, you’re close to top attractions like The Island, The Old Mill, and popular dinner shows. It’s the perfect base for exploring Gatlinburg, hiking the Great Smoky Mountains, or simply relaxing. 4WD is recommended in snowy months for easy access.

Getting Around:

Getting here is a breeze with well-maintained roads that offer scenic views of the Smoky Mountains, making your drive as enjoyable as your stay. The complex sits atop a steep hill, so while access is smooth year-round, we do recommend a 4WD vehicle during the winter months for added ease.
