This 3 bedroom unit has terrific views and a perfect location within The Homestead Resort for beachfront fun. It has 2 master suites, including one on the main level with limited stairs making it more accessible than much of the resort. It recent years it has seen many updates including new kitchen, baths, paint, flooring and furnishings.

The essence of 'Pure Michigan', this two story townhouse end unit that is located steps away from the sandy white beaches of Lake Michigan, not only offers incredible views of America's Most Beautiful Place, The Sleeping Bear Dunes, but the serenity of the Crystal River as well as the quaintness of the town of Glen Arbor. Located in the best part of The Homestead in the Sandpiper complex, this condominium is ideal for family getaways, because it sleeps up to eight people (master bedroom-king bed with bathroom on first floor, 2nd master on second floor (kind bed) and third bedroom with a queen bed & trundle bed). We have added central air conditioning as well for those hot months in the summer, so everyone can enjoy their stay.
Glen Arbor, The Homestead and the other neighboring towns offer a variety of activities both in and out of the water. Not to mention the various restaurants are some of the finest to dine at in all of Michigan.

The condo is roomy and nicely laid out. The views of the lakeshore area are great and it is so nice to be so close to the water’s edge. We were very comfortable at the condo and are so glad we chose this unit!!

Glen Arbor Great Stay

This condo is nestled in the woods, just over the river and on the lakefront - need I say more! We came for a few days to enjoy the fall colors and trails around Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. We enjoyed the amenities of the condo including well-stocked kitchen, fireplace and views of the lake and sunsets. Beds and baths were very nice and comfortable. Peter was responsive as we booked the spontaneous stay, and all went smoothly. We would stay again!

Great Fall Weekend

A group of us come to Glen Arbor every fall and we have stayed in this condo three times. It’s one of the best condos we’ve rented. It’s spacious, very clean and really well-stocked. It’s in a great location near town and just off the Lake Michigan beach. I’m assuming the owners stay there as we’ll be used it feels more like a home than an income rental.

Perfect place and location!

We spent a wonderful week at this property. Besides the excellent location, the owners thought of every little detail. It felt like you were staying at home. There was everything you could possibly need: Beach toys, umbrella and chairs, shampoo, sunscreen, bugspray, aloe for sunburns, more than enough towels and the list goes on. I’ve never stayed at another rental with a better stocked kitchen and the owners generously share all their spices, condiments and basically anything you find in their cabinets. The view is incredible and we got to see the amazing sunsets even while putting our kids to bed! We did have an issue with the smoke detectors that was out of the owners control. It was fixed as soon as possible. We will definitely be back!

Just like home, except on a beautiful beach.

This was our second time here and it is a perfect set up for us with the down stairs bedroom for the early risers and the two upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms for our kids and grandkids. We hope to return for a third time.

Great stay with friends!

Just enough room for our party of 4 adults and 4 kids. The beach was beautiful. Loved walking down by the water even with the snow. Beds were super comfy and everything was well stocked! Was the perfect home base for skiing at Crystal and Homestead. My only complaint is that most of the nearby restaurants were shut down for the winter! Great long weekend!

Comfortable family stay with great views

My family felt right at home in Peter’s condo. The beach access was extremely convenient and we enjoyed the beautiful views and falling asleep to the waves of the lake each evening from the upstairs master bedroom. Peter was helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a long weekend getaway

My husband and I booked this condo for a long weekend getaway with friends in mid-September. It far surpassed expectations. It was one of the most updated rental properties I've stayed at, and I've rented many condos and homes over the years. The furnishings were brand new, the property was very clean, and the owner went out of his way to provide all the extras. From a variety of shampoos and soaps, to beach chairs, extra kitchen linens, to cooking oils and spices, this property had it all. We loved it the beachfront location and the close proximity to town. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Great location, exactly as described. I’ve stayed in many vrbo properties in several countries and this one is at the top of our list. Owner is responsive, did many extras many properties do not include. Definitely 5 starts. The view is amazing, wish I could share our sunset photos in this review.

Girls Getaway

This property was fantastic! Nicely renovated and appointed...the views of Lake Michigan are stunning! There was more than enough space for our group and the kitchen was fully stocked. Peter was wonderful and very quick to respond when we reached out to him. I would definitely recommend this rental and will absolutely be back!

Delightful Sandpiper condo!

Beautifully renovated, fully equipped condo in a great beach front setting at the Homestead. We really appreciate the air conditioning, beach chairs, complete selection of cookware, utensils and dish ware in the kitchen. With 2 very young grandkids with us, it was great to be on the first floor. We have been coming up to this area for close to 40 years on and off, and this condo was a favorite for sure!

AMAZING family getaway!

This property exceeded all expectations! It is beautifully updated and has everything you could possibly need. The views are breathtaking and the short walk to the beach makes it the perfect location. We hope to return for years to come!

Fantastic vacation

This property is fabulous. It's interior is much better than the photos show. The kitchen is very well stocked and functional, and the location could not be better. It was the perfect fit for our family, with a first floor master and AC. Fabulous time.

Excellent Service and care

We really enjoyed our time at this condo on the beach. Even though there was a hiccup with the scheduling, the property manager Peter took care of everything and was generous in discounting our stay. He was very attentive and quick to respond, and even helped clean the condo for us. We appreciate all that he did and had a wonderful stay.

Great Condo and Fantastic Location

We had a very nice time staying in this condo. The location is perfect - less than 100ft to the beach and walking distance to Glen Arbor. The unit was very clean and well stocked. We had a great stay and will definitely be coming back in the future. The owners are terrific and clearly want their guests (renters) to have a good experience. I would recommend with no qualifications.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. We had two families with children from ages 3-19 and the accomodations and location was great for all ages. The property was very clean and had all of the supplies we needed. I was very hapy with how close the beach was to the condo. It was very relaxing and not crowded. It is so easy to get to the bike trails, dunes, and shops. This may be the most beautiful are of the country I have seen so far!

My family has been coming to this location since my daughter was a baby. That has been about thirty years. We love this particular area of Michigan. There are wonderful restaurants in and around Glen Arbor. Make sure you check out Funistrata! There is great shopping in all of the small towns and Traverse City. And of course there are so many activities from horse back riding to tubing down the Crystal River. It has been wonderful for our entire family!
We love the convenience of it being an easy drive from the Detroit Suburbs as well as other major cities like Chicago.
We hope our renters enjoy our condo and Glen Arbor as much as we do.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This unit is literally steps from the water. The beaches are always clean and semi-private. It is wonderful waking up to the sounds of the waves.
We picked this particular area and unit in the Homestead because it is more private, and ideal for extended families especially older relatives to stay in because it is on the first floor.
There are beautiful paths to explore around the condo. It is a very easy walk to town. Great for grabbing coffee and breakfast in the morning.
