Such a great property! Proximity to the beach is perfect, especially if traveling with kids. The layout and decor are very homey, with beautiful views of the ocean from all floors. The check-in/out process was seamless and customer service was prompt with any issues we had. Definitely would rent again!

Great house and amazing experience. The home itself was beautiful and both bright and spacious. The kitchen was fully updated and came with an abundance of cooking utensils. Our only complaints are that the screened in porch, was a little dirty, as well as one of the shower curtains being stained one of the second floor bathrooms. We will most definitely return.

Great views of the ocean!!! This villa is very nice, including comfortable beds, fully sticked kitchen wiith all the essentials for coooking, and a full size washer and dryer. This unit looks over the dune to the ocean with fantastic sunrises. Three balconies all facing the beach - perfect views.

Anniversary Visit

It had been almost a decade since our family visited Kiawah. We wanted to go back to the island to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. This location is a short walk away from the beach and easy to get to by car. The only (and this depends on your point of view) drawback is there is nothing to do but sit on the beach and play beach games.

Location is fantastic and sooooo convenient! House has an elevator for mobility challenged which is important since house has 4 levels counting parking level. Parking right in front of the units.

Perfect spot

We absolutely loved the location of this property. We have been to Kiawah now four times and this is our favorite spot. Best views for the value. Easy access to the beach. Quiet community. Easy biking on the paths. It was a bonus to have an on-suite bathroom for each bedroom. There was plenty of storage in the kitchen for all our food. Third floor bedroom had fabulous beach views and plenty of privacy. We appreciated having bedrooms on a different floor than the living area especially when traveling with young children who need quiet for early sleep or naps. The furniture was all very comfy as well.

Marathon weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite the cold and the rain, we had a great weekend at Kiawah. I wanted a condo for 4 couples and this one was very comfortable. The beds were nice and the showers awesome. (important after a cold 13.1 miles!) The only thing I would recommend is getting new pillows and maybe another comfortable chair for the den. Someone always had to sit on the floor or the kitchen chair. I would rent this condo again. I also loved the convenience of check in and out.

Filthy & Misleading

Nasty filthy condo needing extensive repairs. Misleading advertising. Needs updating. Notes all over the place on bvb things that did not work and could not use elevator to get heavy groceries to the main level. Should get a refund. Will not stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach. There is a lot of great livable space that worked extremely well. The unit itself is worn down and hasn't been maintained. There was also a lot of trash and worn out furniture left in the bottom floor area near the elevator access. It is a shame that the property wasn't in better shape because it is a great space.

review of 1102 Duneside

Communication on how to get into property was poor. People at gate and island check in center were not helpful because we booked through a third party. Property was very nice but in need of upkeep. Lots of chipped paint in dining room, chipped paint on tables, TV/entertainment center looked like it was in the middle of installation. One TV on the floor not hooked up in the living room, the one that was hooked up was not hung in the wall spot but instead was sitting on a table with all the visible wires running from the wall. Just not professional and not expected for a property this nice. One of the beds was absolutely terrible. I'm still sore.

Great week at beach! Perfect location. House needs more towels and more kitchen equipment but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
