Overall very nice

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing I could say is the air quality was questionable, the entire two weeks my nose progressively got more and more irritated from the air, didnt keep it warmer than 68 and started getting bloody nose, and once I got to another location in Breckenridge, my nose was fine.

Ski Vacation

Me and my Family traveled to this resort on our annual ski vacation, the location is super convenient and close to the Quicksilver Superchair, the unit itself is outdated but for our purposes it was great. I would definitely comeback again.

Location!!

This condo was perfect for us! The location is close walking distance to Main St, Gondolas, and even hiking trails/ski lifts! We never had to use our car. The condo was also very clean, and felt like we were in the mountains with its aesthetic!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this building before, and it's a perfect location for skiing and walking to all the shops in town. As in the past, we would have liked access to the basement parking garage.

Senior Trip

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights. Property exactly as described and very close to the Quicksilver lift. Would prefer if the fireplace worked rather than a space heater but that was the only disappointment.

Breckenridge

We've stayed at this location several times before because it is situated perfectly - walking distance to all the restaurants and stores as well as to trail heads. This unit was a little less comfortable than the others. The furniture and bedding were not our favorite. Fortunately, we were not there to stay in.

Thank you for the feedback! Each condo at this building is individually owned, and decorated based on owner preference, and the photos on our listing are of this specific rental. We'd also like to note that there is a 3" memory foam mattress topper on the bed. We're glad you enjoyed the location as well!

Nice place. Super location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and very friendly. Very nicely outfitted condo. No airconditioning so very warm in August. Kitchen was perfect with plenty of knives and pans and even some foil and spices🙂 The bed was average with a difficult frame. Door security at the condo was excellent. If returning to Breckenridge we would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for mountain access and walking to town. We were there for 5 nights in January/February and only got the car out to go to Keystone for a day. My father-in-law and I were in town to ski so the condo was perfect size for the two of us. The thermostats seem to need calibration - when we'd set them to 60 it was burning up in there. That and lack of a pizza cutter were our only issues. Great place!

Pontos positivos: Check-in, comunicação, localização e precisão do anúncio
Parking spot was easy to find around the building. Access to peak 9 base was convenient, only 3-5 mins walk. There is stairs at the entrance of the building, so you need to lift your luggages up the stairs when checking in. Not convenient. Blankets dont look quite clean so make sure you use sheets below, pillows are not the same sizes.Cooking top is great.Bed/mattresses are not comfortable. Be prepared.Fireplace heating turned off during heavy wind, the night was cold, around 60 degree inside. Only fixed after the wind dies down. Not enough showering supplies if you are staying longer than 3 nights. Bring your own shampoo, body wash etc.Access to laundry is convenient, pay by phone app is convenient.

Great location to slopes and town- condo well provisioned.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved being so accessible to ski slopes and downtown area. Walked to snow sculpture contest area to watch designing of displays to post awards.Laundry facility and trash area convenient in condo. Kitchen well supplied with the amenities provided. Very disappointed our fireplace didn’t work- that was my #1 thing I wanted in condo- but they did bring in an electric one and some compensation. Parking was full on weekend days but we just didn’t move cars that day. Loved the themeing of the condo decor. The company was very responsive to issues I did address with them.
