Seclusion Bay Resort is located just outside West Kelowna towards Peachland on Lake Okanagan in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Situated on 14 wooded acres and stretching along 1200 feet of private waterfront including a marina with available boat slips and a boat launch on site. The view from our location is spectacular and there are no neighbouring properties outside the resort!
We have just taken over the management of 8 properties that are newly listed and open for booking. There is a total sleeping capacity of 52 people and It`s no more than 500 feet between all of these properties door to door! Please inquire directly to multiple properties at once.
If you are looking for an affordable beach front getaway? Look no further as this spacious 2 bdrm, 1 bath condo gets the job done! The lake and beach are steps from the patio door. The view is unobstructed and spectacular. Outdoor summer living at its finest! The property is fully furnished with a King bed in the master, two Twin beds in the second, a Double Murphy bed and a Double pullout couch in the living area, plus 1 full bath. Total sleeping capacity of 8.
It also features a fully equipped kitchen, 50` TV in master & 75` smart TV in living area, free Wi-Fi, drip style coffee maker, BBQ with complimentary propane and one parking spot per unit.
We are immersed in nature and at the centre of all the Okanagan has to offer. Other amenities include an activity centre with books, boardgames and table tennis as well as two outdoor children’s play areas, grassy volleyball/badminton area, roped off swim area with docks to lounge on, coin laundry, a private boat launch and a marina with weekly rental slips.
Arrival The latest possible check-in for this property is 10:00 PM
Parking Room for 1 large vehicle or potentially 2 smaller vehicles directly behind the cabin. Overflow parking is first come first serve.
Boat Launch & Marina The boat launch can accommodate trailers/boats up to 11` 5` feet wide. Boat slips can be reserved in advance and rented nightly for $60/night.
Camp Fires Propane fire pits are permitted. You are welcome to bring your own or they can be rented from the resort along with propane.
Wildlife Please note that the resort is nestled in a beautiful natural setting, which means wildlife encounters are possible during your stay. Guests may encounter local animals such as eagles, cougars, coyotes, marmots, deer, and geese in the area.
Pet Policy No pets are allowed at the resort.

Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest. - The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to. - If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area. - If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately. - The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit. - If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200. - All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
