Our stay was amazing! Just minutes from Fort Myers Beach, the place had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved the nearby attractions. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic stay

Pros: excellent location, comfortable beds.Cons: when moving in, we were given incorrect entry code, property description says 3 bedrooms but there are only 2 of them, in second bedroom bed blocks the closet doors and closet is unusable, property was very dirty - filthy carpets, floors, grimy windows, rubbish and old socks on the patio, ancient, nasty fridge without shelving.Property photos do not reflect reality.

Thank you for the kind words about the location and the comfortable beds. We’re sorry your arrival didn’t go as hoped. Our check-in code activates at 4 pm on arrival day, and early arrivals are sent a backup code so guests can check in early. Following your departure, we updated our listing details to match the home, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our team mops the floors, cleans the fridge, and prepares the patio and house before every reservation, and we’ve asked them to check more closely. We’d love to host you again and show you the improvements.

Nice Place

Nice place clean comfortable. great location. Was A bit upset when told propane for the grill was renters responsibility. Have never heard of that before. Owner relented after I complained and offered to reimburse us for the propane purchased. We had our meal cooked another way by the time that was offered.

The price was inexpensive for the area which should have been my first clue. The shower in the master was dirty, above the refrigerator was filthy, the fans were filthy so if you turned them on they blew dust everywhere. Spiders in the guest beds which can happen in Florida but the cleaning people obviously do not clean nor does thevowner pay attention because there were used sex toys in the master bedroom!!!!I would never stay here again!

We take cleanliness extremely seriously and have a professional cleaning team that services the home thoroughly before every stay, including fresh linens and full property inspections. We did not receive any concerns during your stay, and had we been notified, we would have addressed them immediately. The condition described is not consistent with our cleaning standards or prior guest experiences. We are also looking into the unusual claim mentioned, as this has never been reported before and does not reflect how the home is maintained. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable experience for all guests and encourage anyone staying with us to reach out right away so we can promptly assist.

Worked for a couple of days

We could have booked a place a little sooner, forgot it was around spring break time, but this was one of few available. It was in a decent location, but honestly, was not very clean. The walls/trim were very dirty, cobwebs, and the bedding was not the best. Doesn’t have to be an expensive change but a little love and care would go a long way.

Needs some work

Pros: Good location, convenient to shopping and dining. Also has easy access to beach areas. Size and amenities were adequate.Cons: Carpets were in need of cleaning. Old refrigerator and stove were left abandoned in the back yard beside patio. The backyard fence was damaged in a couple of places and not fully enclosed, which was an issue for us since we were travelling with a dog.

Property was very clean. And nice. Nothing negative. However there was NO dishwasher. So washing dishes got repetitive. And after the first week of staying the door lock stopped working and we had to go through the gate to even get inside. Recommend it if the gate worked. We even bought new battery’s And it didn’t work. Overall a good place to stay.

Fence had THREE 8' panels missing

I was able to tie up one panel that was laying on the ground then put lawn chairs in the hole between the companion duplex. Fortunately back fence still had about a 2' high section left exposed to an overgrown lot the my two little dog could not jump over. The place needs a LOT of work.
