About the Space:

Hand crafted fireplaces (non working) and tiled mantles over a century old throughout almost every room. Large original sliding doors between living spaces. Much of the classic trim work with some remaining wall imprints! Modern bathrooms with classic pieces. Nothing original here. This place was build before indoor bathrooms were a thing! A classic elegant pallet equipped with modern furnishings. Each room is unique in color, flooring, and character.

This home that features classic Victorian architecture with ornate details was maintained as much possible with this 6,600 square feet, early 1890s behemoth that was originally built by Frank and Lucy Iams. Complete with old photos, historical write ups on them and their historical influence in the area, copies of US census surveys, etc. You will be marveled at their accomplishments. Two entrance doors, on the front side you you will enter a over a grandeur wide staircase that will lead you up to the second and third floors.

Formal elegant and spacious dining room seating area for 12 with classic chandelier dimmable LED Edison style candle bulbs. Lighting for that elegant look equipped with modern safety! This rooms also includes a piano for someone in your party to enhance the musical ambiance! There is a sliding door that leads you out to our completely equipped back patio and yard.

Living room area with wrap around couch equipped with a 70” Roku and cable ready TV for the everyone to watch a movie, or the big game.

Game room equipped with full size pool table, dart board, 4 classic arcade game cabinets that hold a total of over 200 games within them! A 65” Roku ready television perfect of having the game on while enjoying fun and games with family members, co workers, and loved ones.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel modern appliances, Keurig machine fully stocked with a variety of coffee pods. Spices, cookware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils and much more! There is a second stairwell in the kitchen that goes to the second floor and a exit out to the back patio cooking area with a gas ready big BBQ for cooking.

All of this connected by hallways large enough to drive a truck through!
