Host responds to requests promptly during the day and a little slower between 10pm - 7am.

The entire main home is available during your stay along with the grounds and access to the pool and year round HEATED in-pool SPA. Explore the olive tree grove, garden, vines, old chicken coop, and estate. The pool house, small wooden shed, and large red barn are restricted to the owner's use.
House has a Schlage keyless entry. Digital code will be provided.




BEDROOMS
Upstairs: A spacious sanctuary featuring a king bed, a cozy mini-living room, and a sun-soaked ensuite bathroom.
Downstairs: Offers a queen bed and a charming twin bunk bed, complemented by a beautifully appointed bathroom with dual vanities.
Downstairs: Nestled at the rear of the home for ultimate seclusion, this suite boasts a full bed, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck.

KITCHEN
Indulge in culinary excellence within a gourmet kitchen boasting Viking appliances, a sprawling island perfect for entertaining, and a dedicated chef's pantry. Savor exquisite meals served on fine dinnerware and complemented by perfectly chilled wine. Request your freezer to be stocked with artisanal empanadas from El Sur. Dine graciously at the expansive table for eight, then retreat to the adjacent den for relaxed elegance.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING
The expansive wrap-around deck, the site of the owner's wedding, is perfect for elegant bridal party dinners, sophisticated entertaining and family gatherings. Outdoor dining table and gas grill are available for your use.

POOL
A stunning pool mirrors the vineyard, barn, and Sonoma Valley sunsets with teak lounge chairs gracing the deck. Motorized pool cover provides peace of mind, ensuring a safe and secure experience for the whole family. There is year-round access to the pool and heated in-pool spa 365 days a year. HEATING the POOL is seasonal and only available May - September, must request 24 hours in advance with additional fee.

LIVING ROOM
Beautifully furnished with restoration hardware decor, dramatic high ceilings, and bespoke built-ins. Play foosball or lose yourself in our collection of books and games.

Preserving Paradise: Please be mindful of our sensitive sewer system and note there are security cameras at the front door recording visual and audio. The cameras on the front corner and back facing the pool are not recording visual or audio.

Serene Soundscapes: In accordance with Sonoma County regulations, we kindly request that you refrain from amplified outdoor music to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood. Additionally no parties or events can be held on site and strict enforcement will be taken.

Seasonal Splendor: The pool and in pool spa are seasonal and will be available May - September.

Family Comfort: For our youngest guests, we provide a Pack 'n Play complete with a comfortable mattress and fresh linens. Additionally, a toddler floor mattress and a baby gate are available in the upstairs bedroom for added convenience.

Culinary Delights: Our kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essential ingredients including salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, creamer, and a selection of condiments. You'll also find an array of cookware, alongside elegant serving dishes, perfect for creating memorable meals.

Entertainment at Your Fingertips: The smart TV offers access to Netflix and a world of other apps. Feel free to log in to your personal accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies. Please note, there is no cable service.
