It's great to know the space was able to comfortably accommodate your group. That said, I sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the home did not meet your expectations. I understand how disappointing that can be, especially when traveling with a large family, and I’m sorry that it affected your overall experience. Our team thoroughly cleaned and inspected the home before your arrival, including all floors, bathrooms, furnishings, carpets, kitchenware, and common areas. Following your feedback, we also conducted a full inspection and re-check of the property and have already addressed and resolved all the items mentioned to ensure everything is clean, properly maintained, and in good condition. We also noted that during your stay, we did not receive any reports regarding these concerns. Had we been made aware at the time, we would have gladly arranged for our team to inspect and address them immediately during your stay. The only related message we received was a request regarding the use of a portable grill; however, this is not permitted in the property for safety reasons, as clearly stated in our house rules, which were acknowledged prior to check-in.
