My wife, step daughter and I moved to Fort Lauderdale Florida from Texas 7 years ago following job opportunities. My wife originally being form Venezuelan and myself from Mexico we welcomed the tropical, ocean, beach lifestyle. My stepdaughter also enjoyed all the perks and fun being close to the beach. We love entreating friends and family so we purchased this home with the intention of fully remodeling it to live and settle live in it. Having a back ground in construction and remodeling homes, my wife and I designed the house to meet all our entertainment and comforts needs. It took 5 years to finish the remodel since all the work was done solely by myself. Having taken the time and trial and errors , we tried to the best of our ability to concentrate and highlight attention to details, comfort and efficiency of the interior and exterior of this home. Once the home was finally done, we were suddenly offered another opportunity out of state so me had to move once again. Although sad that we did not get to enjoy the house as we had planned, it gives us great pleasure to offer our home to our future guests hoping they will enjoy, relax and create unforgettable memories during their stay.

What attracted us us to the neighborhoods was the feel of seclusion, quite street, with friendly families all around. This property sits on a corner lot surrounded by mature oak trees across he street as well as two mature oak trees, on the front yard including palm trees. Enjoy an open yard with two lawn areas.
