This three full bedroom, two full bath home with a finished basement and extra sleeping space is situated on a beautiful lot with 150 feet of lake frontage,
We have access to world class fishing, boating, skiing, and winter sports including snowmobiling, skiing, and skating. Full basement includes second full bathroom, complete laundry facilities,as well as a sectional couch and futon. Your rental includes use of kayaks, and canoes/ bicycles. We are steps from the Flambeau flowage, and our hospitable neighbors and lake resorts will make your vacation dreams come true.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might want to use. The area is very quiet and relaxing.

Loved this place! Right on the lake with a few steps down to the dock. We used a canoe to fish and caught small and large mouth bass, perch, and sunfish. We went the week of June 20th. The water off the end of the dock is about 5 ft. and the bottom is sand with a few rocks. Great for swimming. It was so quiet and peaceful, especially when you were in the screen porch.

Everything was amazing. Home had everything we needed. Clean, well stocked. Loved being able to have our boat on the dock.

Sara is a great host, answered all my inquiries super fast. Our family really enjoyed the lake, swimming kayaking, fishing and boating!The best was listening to the Loons throughout our stay, we heard them throughout the day!The set up with canoe, kayaks, paddles and life jackets made taking them on the lake fun and easy! Great getaway….We enjoy cooking so the kitchen was very doable, however the knives were quite dull.We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and a place to visit while it rained:)I also liked the layout of the cabin and view…… The interior of the cabin could use a good dusting, ex: blinds and dining room light. However the rest of the cabin was just fine… We highly recommend this property, it’s very easy to find!The hidden gem we found was the Turtle Flowage!

Thank you for your 5 star review. We work very hard to earn that. I can tell you enjoy the same things we do; being on the water and listening to the loons, it's such a secluded place there. Things may have gotten a little dusty from cleaning the pollen off of the screen porch prior to your arrival. But I will mention that to my cleaning crew. We do strive to have the home.Immaculate for each renter, and a knife sharpener is on my list.Thanks again.Hope to see you in the future.

Good location, home is right down the street from the trails. Good amount of space. Has a beautiful view of the lake. Good location overall for snowmobiling. Has parking, little difficult to turn around big trailers.

Great place to stay. Clean and maintained and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great view of the lake and plenty of deer to watch at sunrise in the back yard. Only complaint was the propane tank to the grill I had to fill. Awesome place overall.

Super nice cabin!Was there to snowmobile. Parking is a little tight for 2 trucks and trailers but it’s doable and we made it work. Trail is at the end of the driveway, which is super convenient. One recommendation would be to have a TV on the main floor living area.

We enjoyed our stay, was supposed to be a snowmobile trip, but no snow so we made it a UTV trip. The snowmobile trail is at the end of the driveway which is very convenient. Our host replied fast to all the questions we had. I would stay here again for sleds, but not UTV as it was hard to get around because we could not use the numbered highway and 182 is at the end of the driveway. So, we had to unfortunately use our vehicle to drive around most of the time.

Great location so quiet and secluded. The lake was beautiful and we loved hanging out on the screen porch. Very comfortable home and great for a quiet getaway.

Great location for snowmobile trails. A little tricky getting a trailer turned around but we got it done. 20ft trailer and a 10ft trailer with two trucks. But had to unhook big trailer to get other truck and trailer in there. Great house with great location.
Deer every morning with our coffee.

This was our second stay. Right when we arrived, we went out on the pier and gazed at the lake. The loons called out and a bald eagle swooped the water. We looked at each other and smiled. We are in our happy place. No dinners out, just laughter and home-cooked meals at the table. A few amazing thunder storms--turning the lights off, sitting together, and watching the lake light up while the loons and owls called to each other. Fishing the early mornings and late evenings on the boat. Talking to the locals at the bait shop about our catches and passing our family fishing trophy to the family member who won the best catch. This is our heaven. Had the pleasure of meeting Craig, a friend of Sara's. What an amazing and generous man. We appreciate you Craig! You will not be disappointed with this property, the peaceful surroundings of the North Woods, and the kindness of the locals. My family refers to me as a bird-nerd. Ruby-throated hummingbirds on the deck constantly, oven birds, barred owls, woodpeckers of all types, red eyed vitreols, any warbler you can think of...again....serenity. All of the amenities are available with this rental to make lasting memories with the ones you love. Thanks again Sara!!

The house was exactly what I expected. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and it was nice to escape the craziness of life in the quiete northwoods. Colors were nice. We did the Turtle Point hiking trail which is a nice little trail. Would definitely stay here again!

As a native Wisconsinite, I have a deep love of the outdoors. I raised my kids at our lake home where we spent every weekend and holiday for almost 25 years. Now remarried, I live in sunny Virginia Beach, but all my best memories remain 'up north'. We get back there several times a year. The rest of the time you can find me working as a physical therapist or traveling as a volunteer PT around the world.

Wisconsin's Northwood lakes all have personalities. My former in-laws have been coming to Boot lake since the 1930s. Property is very difficult to acquire because it is very popular and stays in families for generations. When an opportunity came to buy on Springstead lake, we snapped it up and have never regretted it. After thirty four years of coming here, I can truly say it's been our heaven on earth.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

My home on Springstead lake is currently the only property for rent. It is uniquely situated on Upper Springstead, which is excellent for the activities, and adjacent to lower Springstead, which is prime fishing property.It's large enough to enjoy all water sports, but small enough to be remote.And very private.
