Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! The views to the East and West are incredible from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and lavishly furnished. No expense was spared for your enjoyment and relaxation. We have just installed a keyless entry lock on the front door!! This means you and your family do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay, simply punch in a number combination on the key pad and the door unlocks!



The unit is artistically painted and professionally decorated with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 46” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs and DVDs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed while the 2nd bedroom has a Queen and twin bed and 2 Double beds make up the 3rd bedroom. There are also two sleeper sofa Queen beds in the living room should you need more space.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 2 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.
