**The Lazy River and Slide will be closed from October 20th to November 20th for repairs. From November 23rd to December 23rd the Outdoor pool and kiddie pool will be closed**

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please call or email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We love the condo!!! One of our favorite things was the extra ice-maker!!!! Having. Four bathrooms was a plus no one waiting to shower after the beach! We will book here again!!

Great location, lots of bathrooms. Right on the beach and convenient to a lot of different restaurants, stores and Gulf Shores. Unit itself was not overly clean when we got there. Stained towels, hair in the sink and showers, blood on one of the bathroom floors and dust under couch and other items. Emailed owner two days in to stay, never received an email back acknowledging the conditions or any type of response. Would stay in same building but would not rent from these owners again. 3/5 stars due to poor communication and cleanliness. 3 good stars for location, property amenities.

Amazing property, beautiful view, great use of space! We had 12 people stay and it was enough room for everyone. The walk to the beach was perfect! (And that is saying a lot because we had 8 kids including two toddlers) I can’t say enough good things about this stay. Thank you!

This condo was extremely large! The floor to ceilings windows were just incredible. I would love to give this place a 5 star rating but I unfortunately I cannot. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. I know this is a large place to clean but I just cannot give it a 5 star. However there is a LOT of positive. Everything was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, the furnishings are very nice and the views are amazing. We also enjoyed all the amenities, especially the lazy river! We had a problem with the dryer not working and management was on top of it. Sent someone right away. Big thank you for that.

We had a great week!!! The dryer took 4 cycles to dry any clothes/towels. The beach was awesome! Views were amazing! Elevators quick and speedily! So fun enjoying lazy river, pickleball courts, ocean and ice cream!

Four friends stayed here for a beach trip. It was comfortable, clean and even had beach floats and chairs to use. The view was stunning from the balcony and we spent a lot of time out there looking at the ocean. Would recommend this condo.

Beautiful oceanfront view, perfect location, easy parking. The condo was very worn with uncomfortable beds, old linens, sheets that didn’t properly stay on the bed, the couches and chairs were broken down, and the screen on the sliding door broken. Check in was easy and overall the communication ahead of the trip was good (we didn’t have to reach out during our stay). Loved the ice maker and the kitchen was well stocked including salt, pepper, and coffee filters. Would stay in the building again, but would likely look for a more updated unit.

Fall break

This place was absolutely wonderful. It is even better than the pictures(which is rare). Our family of 12 wanted to stay another night but they were booked. We will be back!

We love Phenoix West properties

Great condo, great stay, great vacation. There was an issue with the ac, but it was a building issue and without even having to reach out to the property owners, they reached out to us and made right on the issue. No complaints!

Wonderful family vacation location

The property and amenities were wonderful. Orange Beach makes for a wonderful family vacation, even during spring break. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly want or need. The pictures and virtual tour was extremely accurate, but actually being there was even better. I was a little concerned about reviews complaining about the elevators, but we had no issues during our stay. Totally loved it, and would definitely stay at the same loacation again (and probably will). Perfect for our family.

Fall Break family vacation

We booked at Phoenix West for the second year. We love all the amenities and proximity to the beach. The units are spacious and love the bigger balconies. Such a great place!! 2306 was perfect for our family. We had two families & the condo was clean & came with basic starter supplies. Beds were perfect for our needs. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and hand towels. We had the best time & would totally stay here again!

Family vaca

Made us feel at home, grates in lazy river need some work, hit one coming off slide, pretty sure broke a toe. Easy access to everything. Love the key oad access. Thanks for letting us stay. I did leace some boxes in the hall, did not know where to throw them away at.

Condo was nice and spacious. The patio overlooking the gulf was amazing. The only slight problem we had was the detailed cleaning of the condo. From dusty furniture to disgusting air vents in the bathrooms and moldy shower heads(just two, not all). All that can be fixed very easy but these are the things you don't want to see when spending extra for a location on the beach. Condo was spacious and beds were not great but okay.

If I could change anything it would be to have basic items like trash bags, dish soap, Tupperware. We traveled a long way and to have to bring this all with or go and buy all of this was a negative

We felt that the entire place had quite a bit of sand that was not cleaned up from the previous tenants. No light bulbs to change burnt out bulbs. Counters and coffee tables were not cleaned off from the last time. No bracelets were given and we had to find out that there were no bracelets.
