Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay! This condo was amazing. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We ate most meals in the condo and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating our meals. Beach chairs and an umbrella were included with our room which was great! The views were beautiful!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Girls Beach Trip

This was my first time using Blue Swell. The process of booking was simple and easy. There was always an answer to my questions in a timely manner. The condo was one of the best Iā€™ve ever booked at Watercrest. They even have an office on property. The layout, cleanliness, balcony, and amenities were amazing!

Relaxing stay with great views and location

We had a wonderful stay at this Watercrest condo. The unit was clean, and the check-in process was easy. Communication with the host was excellent - responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We loved the corner balcony with its stunning view - perfect for relaxing mornings drinking coffee. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area. The location was ideal: close to great restaurants, but just far enough from the busier areas. The only minor drawbacks were that some of the furniture showed a bit of wear and tear, and the large kitchen table made it hard to move around the kitchen. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience.

Beautiful views and wonderful management company!

We have stayed at Watercrest for 3 years in a row now but this was our first stay in 1502 and renting thru Blue Swell. The condo was very clean and well appointed and we absolutely loved the covered parking. The views are magnificent and the Lower Lagoon has great restaurants and a wonderful stretch of beach. There were only 2 minor drawbacks and I do mean minor. The deck furniture could possibly use some updating and the dining table is rather large for the space (albeit if you had several people it would have definitely come in handy - there were only 2 of us). There was a bit of confusion for us with Blue Swell as we were a mid month to mid month rental and their automatic system thanked us for our stay and gave us check out information at the end of the month and we got worried that they had us checking out. One quick text to the Blue Swell management team resolved it all. It also was nice that Blue Swell has a representative on site at the condo! All in all I would highly recommend this condo and the management team!!
