Great location,not a great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elevators are very iffy. They are rusty and sound like they are scrubbing. The furnace filter and vent were caked in dust. Some of the bedding had stains on them. One of the bathrooms had urine on the toilet seat and sand in the tub. The dryer did not work.

Overall experience was great. Condo was clean. Beautiful beach view from balcony. There were issues with the elevator but being on 3rd floor, stairs were manageable.

Pontos positivos: Check-in e precisão do anúncio
First the pros.. affordable unit with comfortable beds. The cons.. our last full day there, the entire pool area and hot tub could not be used. They just maked it as special event, absolutely no use of pool or hot tub all day! Found out much later that they were having a owner's event, which did not start until 5pm at the pool. They could have let the renters use that area until 3pm. The owners acted very put out that we renters were even there. Very snooty people towards their bread and butter lowlife renters. RUDE!! We should have been notified of this before booking and offered a discount if we still wished to book the unit. The unit was not very clean. I wouldn't even unpack my suitcase, because the drawers looked nasty. I enjoyed our stay last year which is why we booked again this year. Not sure I would stay here ever again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize that the lighting, fans, flooring, and slow shower drains were not up to expectations. We have shared these concerns with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so they can be addressed. Unfortunately, the water supply issue was building-wide and outside our direct control, but we understand how it affected your stay. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Relaxing Beach Oasis

This Panama City Beach condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect on the quieter end of the beach and the view was amazing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, taking long walks on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The extra chairs and boogie boards left behind by previous guests came in very handy!
