As for the plumbing issue we only got a message 30 minutes before check out, any slow communication was after check-out. While Rhododendron and the surrounding areas are close to the mountain it was never stated that this area gets snow. There are years where government camp doesn’t even get snow. The listing was also described as being in a residential neighborhood so not sure why this is considered a negative. For the area this listing is very easily accessible. We are Superhosts and a Guest Favorite with all 5 star reviews on Airbnb so this (first) negative review came as a shock.
